Very well located in a great area, lovely and helpful staff (especially Oscar), good breakfast provided by a lovely lady. We had to cancel our last 2 nights due to health problems, and the hotel owner has shown empathy and reimbursed us partially.

We had booked a room with garden view but got one with view on the city. This seems related to a Booking.com error which does pretend that all habitaciones queen have a garden view. Be aware! Access by car is difficult (super narrow street).

Lovely spacious hotel. Clean and comfortable room. Great breakfast included! The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, and arranged an airport taxi for us.

Worth noting for those who are not used to altitude that the property is located up quite a steep hill at the top of San Blas! But this does mean the hotel has a great view from the dining area and sun lounge!

This is one of the cosiest and friendliest hotels I've ever stayed in! Every morning a lovely old lady cooked me fresh breakfast! Eggs, freshly pressed juice, cereals, yooghurt fruit, bread...whatever you want....and the food keeps coming in. It's on one of the hills with a beautiful view of Cusco. I went on a 4 day hike to Machu Picchu and could just leave my luggage in my room. Very, very nice but simple. Don't expect the Hilton but much more personality.

We stayed here for 3 consecutive trips as we vacationed in and out of Cusco. We will stay here again next time! The staff are delightful, the breakfast is delicious, and the location was quiet and accessible. We were able to store a few items while out of town, and staff generously allowed us to host our tour guide for a predeparture meeting in their solarium relaxation area. Every hotel needs one! Love this hotel.

The property is well situated and the view is incredible from the restaurant and lounging rooms. The breakfast was very good and the lady serving breakfast is incredibly kind. There were space heaters in the rooms which was helpful at night. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is basic but had everything I needed.

Very nice small family hotel based in upper old town, within walking distance of all interests. Staff has been fantastic and very helpful with special big thanks to Eriksson and Lucia.

The only issue I encountered was no Wi-Fi and sometimes no phone reception at all in my room which was located in the lowest part of the facility.

The Personal was very friendly and supportive! The breakfast was Perfect and the Kitchen Personal was also very friendly. The view from the Breakfastroom, the balcony and the Lounge was stunning.

The only thing that made us some trouble was the altitude but that‘s the Price we gladly paid for the view.

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a very good time. The room was large and very comfortable with a great view of cusco, breakfast was very good and the hotel generally had a very calm, welcoming feeling to it. All of the staff were very kind and helpful, answering our questions and helping us when we required some flexibility. In particular, Bar helped us by recommending a great day tour to us and booking us in with another operator even though it was last minute. They also helped us with taxis to and from the airport, and held on to bags for us whilst we went on a multi-day trek and visited machu picchu.

Anything is perfect, just the laundry is so expensive, we didn't realize the laundry service is out of the hotel in other store, and especially the hotel said 7 soles/kg, the reality is 10, tooooooo expensive! But i still wanna recommend this hotel.

Excellent location in San Blas neighbourhood, close to many great bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel grounds were beautiful with nice common outdoor garden areas.
