This is not a reflection on the stay but just a note to others to be mindful that the location for us was very far from the mainline station /official entrance of the Pompeii ruins, (there is another Pompeii station near the b@b though which we arrived at) which is fine if you aren't going on to Sorrento after like us and need to store your luggage and go straight to the station to Sorrento .which is just across the road btw. Carting our luggage for 30 mins on cobbles isn't fun! The breakfast of a croissant and coffee whilst appreciated was a walk away and in a cafe wasn't too appealing and a let down compared to the quality of the B@B. Couldn't the owners just deliver fresh croissants every morning as there is a kitchenette in each room. I am sure they have their reasons.

The hosts were wonderful. We arrived early and they rushed to get the room ready for us. It was very kind! The property was clean and modern. With nice extra sentimental touches like a small Bottle of Prosecco. The bed was comfortable and the shower was the nicest one we had encountered on our entire trip.

Google maps sent us way out of our way to get there from the train station which was annoying and we ended up walking through some pretty sketchy parts of Pompeii to get there….. and the walk back from the ruins in the dark was a bit leery…..but once we got there we felt safe in the facility.

Immaculately clean, comfortable and stylish room. Appears to have been renovated recently, everything done to a good standard (fantastic aircon, great shower, comfortable bed). In a quiet residential street with excellent security. Very close to the amphitheatre entrance to the ruins. We were delayed by train problems in Rome but had excellent communication with the host during the day via WhatsApp which was very reassuring, and were able to check in later than expected without any problem. Be aware that there is no reception as such. Decent breakfast in local cafe (good coffee). Pompeii itself a surprisingly attractive town, good choice of places to eat and drink within easy walking distance. We liked it a lot, shame we were only there for a short time!

Location was perfect. Within walking distance to the ruins and restaurants. Francesco was very accommodating and extremely pleasant. Was very apologetic for a slight issue but remedied the situation. If u plan on not driving anywhere I recommend parking out front but if you plan on driving to other locations while u r staying I would opt for the parking offered as you may not find parking when u get back.

Breakfast was off site which ordinarily wouldn’t be an issue but since the park entrance was closed it was going to be a walk. Our party were not willing to have to get up and rush to get ready for one cappuccino and croissant by 10am.

The location of this accommodation was great; it was a very quiet residential area that felt safe and an easy walk to the ruins. We had booked a tour which started at the main entrance near the station which is a 20 min walk away but the amphitheatre exit was only 5 mins walk from accommodation. Hosts were very helpful; they recommended local taxis and a very good restaurant nearby, which were all good. Breakfast at the local cafe was a different experience; which we also enjoyed. Overall, it made our overnight stay in Pompei a great success, and we would recommend staying here.

Nothing not to like. The only comment we would make was that we didn't use the coffee facilities in the room because there was no milk supplied.

So much room in the King suite. Shower stall had rain head. Great pressure and hot water. Anna Maria cleaned the room daily and supplied plenty of water. One of the few places that offered a SAFE in the room. Breakfast was a coupon at local cafe. At first was disappointed but we actually LOVED it!!! Location is close to Ruins of Pompei and tour operator office. Went to Mt. Vesuvius with the tour company and it was fantastic. Francesco gave great dinner recommendations. He also directed us to a driver for a tour of Amalfi coast. Much better than renting a car or taking a bus tour. We had THE best time in Pompei. Stayed 4 nights and could have spent more.

Small thing. Only table to sit at was on small balcony. We like to play cards and cribbage but too breezy! ☺️

I had a fantastic stay! The property was impeccably clean, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The location is incredibly walkable, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The air conditioner worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and pleasant throughout my stay. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and attentive, which really enhanced the overall experience. I also felt very safe here, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I cannot thank Francesco and Anna Maria enough for their kindness. We were negligent, due to technology issues, in indicating our arrival time. It was quite rude on our part, but their warm welcome and relief upon our arrival, demonstrated their caring attitude. It was difficult to predict arrival time because the train was two hours late. The beautiful flowers in our room and welcome beverages, in addition to the detailed explanation of the operation of the keys, was greatly appreciated. We were given useful information about the City of Pompeii. The hosts were available to provide assistance if needed. The accommodation is very conveniently located close to the Pompeii Ruins.

Super clean, Francesco and Annamaria were so accommodating to our needs. We asked about storing our bags prior to check-in and they just let us check in early. Parking was easy and convenient, just right outside the b&b, for 15 euro. The room was super clean and the shower was amazing, rain showerhead. It was our honeymoon and they supplied us with a complimentary bottle of prosecco. We toured Pompei ruins on checkout day and they let us keep our bags safely in the private parking whilst we explored. So friendly and great recommendations for food. Highly recommend the pear dessert at Varnelli pizza bistro, and theit pizza was pretty good. In addition, you get a complimentary cocktail with the b&b. Also Bar Sport has awesome sandwiches for after a long day of walking along with the delicious pastries in the morning and coffee included in the booking. In addition, the location was very close to the entrance of the ruins. If looking for a great cocktail with an amazing panoramic view, check out 'The Roof' which is only a 5 min walk from the b&b.

excellent location, the owners were so friendly and welcoming, the place is beautiful great attention to detail, the snacks and fizz were a real treat. After a dusty 2 nights in Napoli this felt like a beautiful oasis. we were able to then get to Pompeii early. i would highly recommend staying here.

this seems really petty but the pressure in the shower was quite low, id also suggest they put some hooks or something for towels and toiletry bag. Otherwise cant complain about the room. I would suggest skipping breakfast the coffee shop at the top of the road with just a bun isnt a great choice, much better choices in the town also within walking distance.
