We loved the breakfast, very traditional food which is what we wanted and lady who served us was always so happy and cheerful, lots of fresh fruit and yoghurts available along with a range of other fresh food prepared daily. Location is perfect for Ruins, we went on the first Sunday of the month and entry is free. Very close to shops, restaurants and the station as well. Thanks it was great.

I didn't spot that the Jacuzzi was an extra cost at 25 euros per person which was disappointing as it was the main reason I booked here, but thats on me and I should have checked the wording. Having said that its a great place to stay.

A fantastic stay with Mario and Sabrina. Their lovely hotel was perfectly situated for our visit to Pompeii. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and suited our family reunion really well. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and throughout the stay, we felt welcomed and at home. It was also such an easy walk to a vast selection of good restaurants. Mario's communication with us in advance of the stay was outstanding! Keeping is informed on everything that we need to know, and being available via Whatsapp in advance of us arriving. Before we arrived, Mario was kind enough to respond to my request for advice, and suggested a really good priced, and excellent service, from a taxi transfer service that made getting from and to Napoli so easy with 7 of us and a lot of luggage! We would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Pompeii.

Bathroom could do with a bit of TLC. Tiling in the shower doesn't go up high enough so there was some mildew on the walls. But a tiny thing in an otherwise awesome stay.

Modern, clean and great night sleep with icy AC, Staff were so nice and helpful, included breakfast was perfect. Great spot, one street back from the main strip so you could walk everywhere to the ruins, restuarants, markets, train station. We asked Staff to watch our bags till check in which they were happy to do but they then let us into our room early (about 4hrs early) after cleaning it just prior to our arrivalal, very rare anywhere else in our travels throughout Europe.

Water pressure to the shower (and toilet ?) could be better, plenty of our stays elsewhere were similar, some weird and wonderful tapeware to get the shower head to work from the bath taps but that's part of travelling abroad, disconnected Bidet in bathroom wasnt a good look, other than that the everything was just fine.

The house is located a 20 minute walk from the train station, but only a 5 minute walk from the Pompeii archaeological site exit near the amphitheater. This area is full of nice restaurants and a buzzy atmosphere. We had to check out early for a flight (6.30am) and the hotel organised a breakfast /lunch pack (including warm chocolate pastries) for us to take to the airport - it was so sweet of them.

The hot tub is an additional 35 euro per person. This includes a bottle of Prosecco and 2 hours on the terrance.. I think it’s a little pricy. We would have paid maybe 15 euro each.

So glad we picked Dream house for our stay in Pompeii! We had 1 night in pompeii in which we hoped to complete vesuvius and the ruins. We arrived earlier than check in (approx 12:00) and as we suspected the room was not yet ready. HOWEVER, Mario could not have been more accommodating. He not only allowed us to store our bags, but also allowed us use of what i assume was his office, and conjoining bathroom to cool off and freshen up after our walk from the train station. Whilst down here, one of the maids offered us cold water and even fresh peach juice as she could also see how hot we were 😅. After freshening up, we walked into town before Mario helpfully text us when the room was ready so we were able to go in and get ready for vesuvius. The room was large and spacious with very modern and clean bathroom. The aircon was perfect for the temperatures outside 😍. The breakfast the next day was a mixture of pastries, cereal, fresh fruit and yoghurt and the perfect start to the day. We planned to visit the ruins this morning but knew we would not be back for check out time. Mario again allowed us to check out and leave our backs at reception in order to explore the ruins. On return, Mario again allowed us use of the office and bathroom and we were able to shower before heading to the airport for our flight home. Our stop in Pompeii would not have been the same if we had not stayed at dream house and I could not recommend it enough! The location is right in the heart of Pompeii, 2 minute walk from the local bus stop to Vesuvius and the alternate entrance to the ruins. BE AWARE- there are alot of people near the entrance to ruins/bus stop who claim not to be salespeople but then tell you lies such as “you cant buy tickets to the ruins from this entrance” or “this bus doesnt take you up to the entrance of Vesuvius!” THIS IS A LIE!

The accommodation was great. We had a wonderful time. The hotel is very close to the centre, quiet with a cute little garden. The rooms are very tastefully decorated and we felt very comfortable right from the start. An earlier check in was possible and we were allowed to leave the car severel hours at the parking space after the check out. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Our host was very friendly and the restaurant recommendation he gave us was great. We will definitely be back for another super relaxing holiday at Dream House Pompei.

The hotel administrator was very nice, communicative and cheerful. Even when we met him in the city center after our stay, he helped us to solve a problem situation. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Considering that we had to leave the hotel before the official breakfast time, it was possible to arrange an earlier breakfast with the staff. In the rest corner of the hostel's yard, Leonardo the turtle is a great company. The hotel is located a 10-minute walk from the city center and a 15-minute walk from the entrance to the Pompeii Archaeological Park.

There is not one bad thing to say about staying here. We were satisfied with everything during our stay here.

This was the best accomodation that we stayed in the whole of Italy.!The rooms are clean, very tasteful decorations comfortable and spacious. The best shower we ever had in Italy. The best tho was the host was the real stand out! From organising our transfers, collecting us by taxi when we were lost. Or locked ourselves out of the accommodation, nothing was too much trouble.

Nothing.. breakfast was included and such a lovely choice of food. The location to ruins and restaurants was so good. We only had a day in Pompeii and because everything was soo good worked perfectly.

The staff of the Dream House Pompei contacted us beforehand, and made sure that we had instructions for a self-checking in case he wasn't at the propery anymore. But we met in person, and explained everything very nicely again. The DHP offeres private parking, and we could even charge our EV there which is a big bonus for the day of departure. Both rooms (sleeping room, bathroom) were really big and offered enough space for moving around, storage luggage bags and using the bathroom with all 4 of us at the same time. Very nicely located near the entrance of pompei (10 minutes walk away). Also there are many restaurants and bistros around DHP. We ate one of the best pizzas there for an unbeatable low price. Also the breakfast was very nice. It offered a mixture of sweets and antipasti. The antipasti seemed freshly made by the women who also served coffee and cacao.

This place was a calm oasis in a busy hot touristy Pompeii in August. Nicely kept communal areas, quality rooms, easy parking and helpful staff. Really easy strole to Pompeii ruins. The breakfast was superb - exceeded our expectations - lovely selection of savoury and sweet options. My coffee was beautiful - served exactly as I asked.

A couple of slats at foot of bed were broken and shower could have been more powerful/needed descaling. Am being picky though as nearly everything was great quality and exceptional for the price.
