Breakfast was a little different each day which i liked. The gentleman in charge was very friendly and helpful, he's contributed to a pleasant start to the day

Hurricane Helene hit during my stay. AC was off in the guest rooms. Lights, tv, microwave, frig all worked By the third day it was stuffy and pretty warm. The AC was on in common areas because of generator. The front desk staff were okay, but a little on the surly side. Maybe due to the stress of complaining guests due to hurricane. Nothing they could do, electricity was off everywhere. Liked that they were pet friendly.

The hotel was extremely clean, and provided all the amenities required for a comfortable stay at a reasonable rate. I loved the room layout with the partition and the separate sofa area. Nice little gym with everything you need for a workout including a peleton machine. The breakfast was a nice surprise with a good selection of items (hot and cold). Staff was friendly and location was great. Really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend.

There is nothing I didn't like about the hotel. I will stay here again when I return to Gainesville. This is an exceptional hotel for the price.

Trying to schedule housekeeping was the biggest challenge! I stayed for 5 nights, so they were supposed to automatically clean my room after 3 nights. I reminded them I wanted my room cleaned after the 3rd night and they did not come clean. I then asked for cleaning on the 4th day, and they did not clean my room! So, NO service for a 5 night stay! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I appreciate a clean hotel room when I travel and this new housekeeping policy, post COVID, is very irritating!

Breakfast selection was very good. But the food took forever to be remember plenished. Every day I got to breakfast at 905 . There was never any eggs or corn beef hash . Woman waited until all of it was gone to start cooking the next batch . Slow as molasses. So I would finally get my eggs at 935 . Standing there for about 30 minutes. She should be cooking the next batch long before any of the offerings is finished . But she was right in the money to put up the closed st 10 sign. Very poor service .

This past weekend me and my entire family stayed at Comfort inn suites. I was a bit hesitate because of the location. But, this place was great kid friendly, very clean & quiet. The staff was great & I’d highly recommend to anyone. The only reason I didn’t give the rating a 10 is because housekeeping doesn’t come by everyday like the good ole days!! but, if you fill out a form and request the issue is handled promptly, so with that I rate this Hotel an excellent 9 !

It was a wonderful stay! Will be staying again when we return for a docs appt. Beautiful room, clean and quiet. Breakfast was good.

The only thing I'm still struggling to get back is the $2.15 safe usage. Very sad that they need to nickel and dime to make extra money. Now, because receptionists have no clue on the entry to use for refunding the petty charge, I now have $17.10 on my CC. I hope with my struggles, they will remove that fee or train their employees on how to do it. Personally, when I return later this month, I will decline the charge at check in...I suggest you do the same. It's the principle!!

Location wasn't bad, very clean even as you walk in. Smelled fresh, nice workers, wasn't expensive. Value for money! Comfortable!

I didn't like the fact that there wasn't a body wash dispenser in the shower. Just shampoo and conditioner. I also didn't enjoy the options of breakfast. The sausage and eggs looked Yuck! My husband and I didn't eat bc of that. Not a large selection or limited good selections.

The breakfast was basically good, The set up was organized and the staff was helpful and friendly. The front desk staff was just super.

A light blanket in the room would have been nice so I could have set the temp for cool and slept thru the night. The temp was not easy to adjust.. When it reached extremes, I had to recover my self or kick off the already scant cover. Two sheets were in the closet which I finally found, folded and used.

Location is good so close to the hospital

The bathroom dead bugs in the corner, sewer bugs coming from the drain, dirt under the counter which can be seen if one is on the toilet , all the grime can be seen, I meant to tell this to the person at the desk the last two or three times we stayed there, but forgot as I was rushing to get to my hospital appointment, we will be staying there in a month or so, and I hope it will be cleaned up then

We missed the breakfast. The staff at the front desk was so accommodating. They opened it back up and let my wife still get us something to eat for breakfast. It was a very clean hotel with great fitness facilities, breakfast and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. We will definitely be staying in more choice hotels down the road.
