The room, the staff, the entire property. My husband and I had booked a room at a different hotel originally. However we decided to not stay and this hotel was the saving grace of our trip. When we checked in, I was shaking and almost in tears with anxiety after the bad hotel experience already and your agent calmed all of my anxieties. She calmed me down, helped get me all signed up for the loyalty program for the future, and saved our trip. I wish I had booked here from the start and I will from here on out!

Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like. I would stay here every time I come visit.

Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. Loved the pool area and outdoor dining area. Entire staff was so friendly and greeted us with smiles and asked if we needed anything whenever we saw them. Every staff member seemed to really be happy to work there and it showed.😊

Truly the only thing that would have helped would have been a step stool or the soap dispenser to be moved towards the front of the bathroom vanity. The vanity is high, so kids couldn’t reach the soap.

From the time I came in the employees up front was so helpful friendly and help me figure out my reservation. The hotel was very clean beautiful the outside pool hot tub and setting area was amazing. We go to our room OMG it was so clean the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I loved how y'all had the dove hand soap and lotion by the sink also Dove shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower. I didn't even need to bring anything lol. And again all staff were amazing anytime they saw us they were so nice and spoke to us I also explained I had autism grandson five and he is verbal I wanted them to know because if they got any complaints of being loud or moving around and the lady up front took care of us and she made sure and made me feel comfortable that where we were that it would all be okay. We really enjoyed being there. And looking for our next visit in October I do believe October the 11th. We will be back o have a Dr appointment down there about having surgery on my broken foot. We can't wait.

I honestly don't know what I can put in here to make this place to be any better Y'all are amazing y'all's team is amazing The overall Holiday inn Express and suite by far in almost my 51 years of having to travel has been the best hotel I've ever in my life stayed at I have none whatsoever complaints.

My family evacuated here during hurricane milton. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the worker in charge did a great job of keeping everything stocked. We arrived a day before the storm and were able to enjoy the pool. Pool facilities were beautiful, the fire pit was an unexpected treat. The staff was all very friendly during this stressful time.

Of all the 1-night hotels we stayed at on our 10 night road trip, this was by far the best. It was the newest room (no signs of wear, very modern), every area we visited was clean, and very convenient to the highway. We wished we had more time to actually enjoy this hotel and its pool versus just using as a place to sleep on our way home.

We were a bit concerned when we checked in as the employee at the front desk was having difficulty with another guest and then was very unprofessional in badmouthing that guest when he walked away. Luckily he checked us in without incident.

Stayed at this hotel while dropping my daughter at college. We booked a bit last minute and were travelling from overseas and were a bit nervous about the hotel quality. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly, the location was perfect considering we were driving with just a short walk to Target and supermarket. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Very happy with our stay and will be back again.

The hotel, while nice on the inside, is located in a scary part of town. It was loud at night even from my room and there was a lot of parking lot activity which lead to me worrying about the safety of my vehicle. I am also a woman who was traveling alone- I felt the need to stay inside after dark. It turned out fine, but the unease made for a hard time falling asleep.

We were traveling, so I looked up a place to stay close to the I-75. I chose Holiday Inn Express because they are usually dependable. This went beyond all expectations! The hotel is immaculate with beautiful, clean rooms. We did not have time to take advantage advantage of the pool which was a pity. It is large and beautiful pool with a waterfall. The whole patio area was clean and inviting. It was an incredible value and a very helpful and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful pool area to hang out, very friendly and helpful staff, lots of parking spots and the rooms are functional but nice and very clean - one of my favorite hotels on my business trips half way from the North back to SWFL. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean, friendly staff, nice rooms, Keurig coffee maker in the room.

Breakfast was mediocre. Bagels and biscuits were stale. I was looking for hard boiled eggs as are offered in all holiday inn express and suites, but there were none. Kitchen staff looked at me quizzically when I asked if they had any. Disappointing.
