Fantastic location. Close to major rail station and metro, walking distance to Brera and central Milan. Great food and shopping nearby. The apartment was cosy and homey in a secure building. Quiet and comfortable. Added personal touches of fresh fruit, pastries, eggs and tea, coffee, milk provided. Alessandra was a fabulous host and very accommodating. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again 😊

The apartment is wonderful. Very clean, has everything you need, spacious. The location is fantastic. Parking is 100 meters away. The best gourmet shop in Milan is nearby as well. Corso Como around the corner. Corso Garibaldi with shopping, restaurants, Brera district - all within walking distance. Metro, train station - 5 minutes away. Special thanks to the apartment host, Alessandra. She is always very polite, positive, caring.

Very clean apartment and amazing host! She left coffee, water, and other treats at home for a truly bed ans breakfast experience. Wifi was great. Location is grear as its close to so many top pizza places like Lievta, Denis Moscova, and Dry Milano.

Lovely place and owner. There was a breakfast ready and a real welcoming atmosphere. I would certainly recommend it. Place is nearby rail and subway station and lots of good places to eat nearby. Feltrinelli bookshop and library across the street as well as Eataly for the best food products, don't miss it.

Alessandra was very friendly and easy to connect with, and the location itself was beautiful and extremely clean. There were even some things provided for breakfast, which was very thoughtful. Overall I would highly recommend staying at this location!

Breakfast fruit and coffee was good, also had 2 eggs with my croissant and a couple of baked goods. We don’t eat any sweets so cakes were not eaten.

Entry court yard to the building was dirty and trash cans all over. Elevator was very small and made a big noise when stopped on any floor.

We loved our stay at Porta Garibaldi. My partner and I agree that it was our favourite place we stayed at during our 3 week trip to Italy. It was comfortable, cosy and had great amenities. The neighbourhood was clean and safe. Very convenient location, easy to get to the city centre and other tourist attractions. Would happily stay again.

The facility was very clean and comfortable with a nice location. Eveything for the comfort of the guest was planned in advance from breakfast products in the fridge to kitchenware, everything we needed was regularly checked and refilled and also it was really nice to easily find a lot of clean sheets and towels already prepared. Alessandra was very helpful and friendly and although she was not in the city during our stay, there was always someone to help with the needs next door and they were always reachable. I would highly recommend the place and would definetly consider staying here again in case I re visit Milano

Very good location, close to the centre and public transport. Good size and comfortable room, looking new, clean and neatly organised. Fully equipped kitchenette with complementary coffee, tea, milk, yoghurt, cake, cereals, toast, fruit. Lovely hosts, made checking in and checking out easy. Good Wifi, Heating, and shutters for full blackout. Great collection of Milan tourist guides and other books, including restaurant tips in the area.

I work in the area. So the proximity to Corso Como is fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again. Wonderful host.

If an ambulance goes by you can certainly hear it. Other than that, quiet as a mouse.
