The bedroom was very quiet ,with good Air con, the bed comfortable, shower excellent with good water pressure, large TV with YouTube, very good buffet breakfast with hot food ( sausages/bacon/eggs/pancakes/waffles ), friendly helpful staff. Good transport links with train and bus station opposite. Easy walking distance to Wankdorf stadium.

No fridge or kettle, no storage for clothes, only a couple of hangers on a wire grid .The hotel is situated in a square with office blocks around it and on one side the train station and the other has a motorway nearby. Not really a tourist hotel though good for a short business stay or for attending an event nearby.

Staff were always super friendly and helpful from the moment I checked in. Right next to the train station, so made getting places easy. Hotel has a fun vibe to it, and was a pleasant place to stay out of the busy city, would definitely stay here again on my return to Bern

Hotel is basic with room amenities, but i knew that going in so prepared for it. Housekeeping would always leave rubbish in room and I think u have to request for sheets to be changed, because ours never got changed.

How can I put it? The hotel is so good which easily exceeded my expectations. It's literally next to wankdorf station, takes 3 mins to Bern main station. There are buses, trams around as well, even if you want to walk down to the city centre, it won't take more than half an hour. The staff are so friendly, they even provided us complimentary drink on the day we arrived. Hotel itself has this modern vibes from lobby to individual room. Unfortunately we didn't try the food there, but it looked delicious when other guests had it.

- they only had one single tiny pillow and I struggled to sleep - I have to say the price in comparison is extremely steep

adjacent to a station for 5 min access to Bern central. underground hotel parking (but pricy 45chf for 2 night stay) well appointed room.

like other properties this one also has a/c that is turned off at the beginning of October. with the windows opened 24/7 the temp never fell below 20.5C (69F) in the room. I like to sleep in a cool room, ESPECIALLY when every hotel property puts a fluffy duvet on every bed. Nothing like a hot room and a quilt to make your stay a little ridiculous. Wake up to sheets Europe!

It was a continental breakfast, but was all very nice and plenty of choice - its Switzerland so expensive, option to use the coop right next door is helpful to save a few pounds / CHF.

The rooms were warm 23 deg, which was OK but would have been nice to drop the temp a couple of degrees. Could open the window which helped.

Great value for money in a great location if attending an event in one of the nearby venues. Modern and clean with a welcome cocktail. Staff were friendly. Breakfast had a nice variety.

The only thing I can think of is that I booked a queen room with 1 queen bed and ended up with a twin. Being on the smaller side, it wasn't really an issue, but a large guy would have problems.

Rooms were big enough for a short stay with enough floor space for luggage. The room was clean and the breakfast had everything you needed. The staff was always friendly, even when we once had to change to talk in English instead of German that she understood us.

The price is okay, but more on the expensive side for two persons and one night for what you get.
