It is great value for money, the owner is a talented chef and winemaker, very interesting experience, you can try a wine-tasting menu and dinner for an extra charge, which he will do for you. Otherwise, you will need to go back to the nearest village and check for some dining options. The property is located next to vineyards with a lovely view of Montalcino city.

There is no breakfast at the property. Booking.com should remove this from the description of the room as it makes you think that you have a private pool: "This suite's standout feature is the pool with a view." We were looking for the pool 5 minutes walking around the house and it turned out that it was on the roof of the winery across the street. :) No big deal but I do not like to be misleaded. Pool area and pool itself do not encourage you to stay there, lack of atmosphere, cleanness and comfort.

It’s a beautiful peaceful location. We stayed in the 3 bedroom apt, which had a lovely view. We received a free glass of wine on arrival from Aldo. The personally cooked dinner and wine tasting was outstanding and we had a lot of fun. We met the folks doing the cooking class; they were having a blast and the smell was almost too much. Lol we wanted to eat it as well as our food. The pool was lovely and clean although we didn’t use it. We had a tour of the winery, which was interesting. This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at the resort, but the 4th time we’ve been there to buy wine. I would recommend it.

We felt that there should have been more amenities in the apt; for example a coffee maker and coffee/milk along with glasses and silverware. Even though the beds and bathrooms were spotlessly clean, (the toilet seat was broken) the living area needed greater attention from the cleaning staff.

I liked it was in the middle of nowhere. I had a new SUV, so at least I had a chance to test its capabilities :D The room was big with a nice big bathroom. Also good value for money. Aldo showed up the next day and he was nice but we talked only very shortly.

There was no one to let us in. Fortunately, some other guest opened the gate for us. I would not recommend this place to people with sports car, or a sporty suspension - it is really in the middle of a field and you need to drive quite a long dirt road. Also, not recommened to people without car. The room was ok, but more furniture would be helpful - there was only a bed and a small table, but nothing to sit on, while the room was quite big.

It is a beautiful small resort in a lovely vineyard tucked away from the tourist route. The flat was spacious, clean, and simple but beautifully furnished with Tuscan antique furniture, with attention to detail. The owner, Aldo, was very accommodating and gave us a winery tour. It would be wonderful to dine at the resort on the next visit. Looking forward to visiting again in the springtime.

It would be nice to have a sofa in the living room.

A little gem! it’s a working winery with accommodation and a pool. We had a tour of the winery, learning it’s history and an amazing dinner accompanied by their wines. Aldo and staff were so very welcoming and we can’t fault the hospitality. A great little place to stay and use as a base to explore Tuscany. We will be back!

No complaints though some suggestions such as pool towels and maybe a coffee machine in room would add that extra touch

The area was amazingly beautiful. If you have a car its easy to arrive otherwise its hard to get there.

You have to do a self-checkin before online, this can be easily overseen. The staff was not very polite towards me when I arrived at the property. Even though I had made the online check in I went to the reception to ask about my room, this was apprently wrong to do. I did not feel welcome here.

The place is wonderful, really typical and it was nice to see the sun rising in the middle of tuscan hills. The room was spacious.

The radiators were at maximum when we arrived. It took us some time to get back to a confortable temperature to sleep. We would have appreciated a little bit more of products to wash (no soap to wash hands, only 2 small bags for a shower)

Everything at Cordella was AMAZING. Aldo is very courteous and went above and beyond in making our stay incredibly unique. This was a dream for me to stay in a winery and the owners made it extra special. The house is spacious, super clean, the beds very comfortable. The views from the rooms are amazing. We paid for the breakfast which was private for us. Aldo cooked it. Everything was fresh and delicious. We were super lucky to get a tour of the cellar. Their wine is excellent, we bought some bottles and they are shipping them to the US for us. We can't wait to come back and stay at this beautiful place. Maybe even have a family weeding since they do private events in the property. I highly recommend Cordella in Montelcino Wine Resort.

Very polite, classy and helpful owner, professional service, very big and free parking secured, gorgeous views all around, even though there were just two of us, there was an oportunity to have wine and dinner at place - very individual approach.

Lack of breakfast offer, if there was one, I would definitely pay for it. The bed may have been toughter for my back. Lack of canopy near the room to hang out in case of raining.

The apartment is excellent, everything is top-notch, but the kitchen is a DISASTER. Nowhere in the listing did it mention that the kitchen was out of order, and the owner didn’t answer the phone afterward. We are impressed with everything else, but a major issue is having no water or electricity in the kitchen. Pay attention to that!
