The room was spacious and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. You could smell how clean it was when you walked through the door into your room. The bathroom was nice, with a hot rainfall shower that was easy to use and soft towels. There are self-check screens that are easy to use, but also a very friendly member of staff to help you if you struggle with them. Checking out this was nice and quick. The location was perfect for our stay; we were going to a concert at Co-op Live, and the hotel is very close to the tram route that drops you right outside the venue and is a quieter route than Manchester Central. It is also located by a retail/entertainment park, so there are many options if the hotel food doesn't suit your fancy.

If I had to be really picky, one of the mirrors wasn't very clean, one of the lamps would only turn on with the main light and the chair in the room could have been better placed, but none of these things would affect my decision to stay again

Hi, when I arrived & went to check in to my room , I was told that I had booked 2 Rooms. I’m afraid I must ov booked the extra room by mistake. I told the lady on reception that I’d made a mistake & could you refund me but she said she couldn’t & was told to email Booking.com. Its seems easy enough to book a room but if you make a mistake it becomes a problem. It’s not the ladies fault, it was my mistake but I’m not sure how I can get a refund put back on my Card , can you please advise on what I can do please ?

Tha Hotel was absolutely fabulous. Very clean, good food and a super breakfast.

There weren't any glasses or beakers in the bathroom to place our toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver in. No slip mat in the bath. I almost slipped in the bath after I'd washed my hair. There were no sweeteners in the room or the restaurant. I'm diabetic and have to have them instead of sugar. I don't expect to have to bring my own. Also I can't have caffeine and there was no decaf in the room. As a pensioner with arthritis I did actually find it difficult to get into the bath to shower aswell. I thought I'd put that on booking but I may have forgotten.

My stay coincided with the night of the Euro final, so it was extremely busy! Plenty of parking space. Hotel is close to an array of restaurants. Staff were very polite and helpful despite how busy it was. Room was clean and modern, bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable. Check in and out was straightforward. I paid extra for a club room to use the pool, and this area too was clean and well-resourced. Breakfast is straightforward with a satisfactory array of food. I'd definitely stay again.

Sounds petty, but no fruit juice at breakfast and the pastries were rubbery.

Hotel easy to get to by tram and also have a car park with reasonable charges. Room spacious, clean and quiet. Shower over bath good so can have either option. Staff always on hand to help with queries and are professional but friendly. Bar and restaurant on hand to buy meals and drinks. Coffee shop attached to hotel with a couple of eateries close by. Ashton centre 1 tram stop away from hotel, and Manchester City Centre about 25 minutes away by tram. A lovely relaxing stay.

Controls for shower/bath on opposite back wall.

Good location with nearby restaurants - Free parking at the hotel after 5pm from Friday to Sunday. Clean room and wide bed with a decent view on top floor. Clean bathroom with a good shower. Gym was small but it did the job, swimming pool was sorted in lanes but it was warm water with a jacuzzi, perfect for after a gym session, they provided towels and a locker with a bracelet to do contactless locking which is a nice touch. Nipped into the Steam Room which was more intense than I thought for the first time but still enjoyable, didn't try the sauna as it was full.

Nothing to note to be honest, would go again.

Central to our needs. Family is close enough to visit.us. Staff is very pleasant. My husband loves football. He was very happy with sports.bar.. Full of Television. The hotel has Starbucks on site, which is my favorite.

The room we had did not have enough storage. Although the staff did try to help.We thought the hotel was more for short stays. We were staying for two weeks. The rooms were not as clean as they should have been.a little dusty, some towels were stained. There were times when the tea, coffee and milk, and towels were not changed at all.. We had to go downstairs and ask for them. The bar and the public toilets were clean in the morning, but as people used the facilities, they didn't seem to have the staff to keep up with keeping things presentable. Breakfast was a buffet at about 10 pounds. It was cold when we went.We decided to stick to a warm croissant and coffee for breakfast. When the food was made to order in the evening it was good.

The quality and comfort of the hotel in general, and the rooms. The hotel ambience was good, and staff were helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the views looking out across to Oldham and on the other side, to Ashton (which is where I'm from originally). The gym and swimming pool were both excellent, and a real plus for the place, despite them being open to the public. Ample parking outside

The food was a real disappointment, for the cost. Again the facilities in the bar were great - comfortable and loads of big screens for watching sports. That said, £33.00 for two sandwiches, fries and two large cokes at lunchtime was not only steep, but the quality/taste of the food was lacking. I didn't order breakfast for the two nights we stayed, based on reviews. While the bed was comfortable, I was a bit warm with the thick duvet and the pillows sat too high for my liking - this is personal preference though

A really interesting check-in experience, DIY. Brilliant location, close to amenities, coffee shops etc. The gym and pool are fantastic, although can get a little busy. The staff at the hotel and the gym/pool were really friendly and helpful.

The bathroom is substandard for the price with painted MDF paneling on the bathtub that is quite stained. Toilet seat also needs to be fixed. No SKY in the room, and the reception staff had no idea in how to sort it as 'the sky box was fixed behind the screen, recessed into the wall.'

Really handy to get to places, good motorway connections and near to our family. It was clean and comfortable.

Wasn’t pleased about the bar closing early on Christmas Eve, the member of staff however did ask what we wanted, she knew we weren’t pleased, we got charged room prices for a bottle of wine which we felt was over the top. Bar prices in general were expensive. Breakfast was excellent and good value for money.
