The pool was great heated and clean along with the activity rooms. The hotel is very spacious and beautiful. Rooms are indoor it felt very safe. And the location of the hotel is great.

Bathrooms are outdated, both my bathtub and toilet continued to have problems. Along with the rooms furniture is a bit older. Almost every towel was dirty.

we had an issue with the room given to us it wasn't cleaned and right away we were given a new room. The front desk was a great help.

The issue with the cleanliness of our room but it was fixed right away. The staff was amazing.

I asked for mini refrigerator option and if possible microwave. It was provided and helped a lot. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was really clean and spacious. Also, room was by elevator and club was downstairs. Everything just worked out well and we had fun!

I think there was miscommunication and they thought we were checking out after one day. The housekeeper woke us up early with "you need to check out". Main person that gave credit card wasn't available and scared the remaining guest. I believe the don't disturb sign was placed though.

I liked the pool the outdoor patio the grill .I loved the lady from the kitchen she makes delicious breakfast every morning and very friendly .

I didn’t like that ever time you want to swim in the pool you have to get a hand band.

The hotel is convenient to the airport and to highway access. The staff was super friendly, the rooms and other areas were clean and the breakfast was fantastic!!! We also liked the pool and outdoor area. We can't say enough about our stay and would stay here in the future.

Breakfast was 5 star!!! I might just sneak in one morning and take my chances....it will be worth it! I

For being right next to the highway, it was extremely quiet! Great location if you are staying a night and hitting the road again. Good restaurants very nearby. Room had a small frig.and a microwave, coffee maker. Very good, full breakfast included. Very comfy bed and nice desk for work space.

The pool/jacuzzi looked heavenly - but was not open for use. This was very disappointing - it was one of the reasons we chose this place. Would be nice to know ahead of time if these facilities are open or not. We would have gone elsewhere.

The pool was excellent...well maintained and beautifully warmed. Even on a cool evening it was a pleasure...it was as warm as the jacuzzi... A perfect winter pool! The morning breakfast was great; a large selection of hot items and was well laid out.

The rooms were well sound proofed except for loud bangs when rooms, on either side of us closed their entrance doors.

breakfast was great, way above other motels/hotels. Pool seemed nice but as I had a room adjacent to the pool it was also incredibly loud.

The noise level with the balcony door open being adjacent to the pool. The bed was lumpy and way too soft.

Pool and deck area was beautiful, although water cold! Enjoyed sitting outside. Room was basic, bed comfortable.

Needs a little updating - which seems to be coming soon.
