It's basically a hotel with front desk and room service. The facility is great - well designed with top brands everywhere (kitchen, shower etc). We travel w/ 2 young kids and we got complimentary great breakfast for them (and for us), coffee, a cool bottle of Rose and more. The place has 2 floors, on the 2nd floor there are 2 seperate BR, each with its own shower and bathroom. There's a balcony and a great living room, kitchen and toilets on the 1st floor. The service was great with whatever needed and the location is wonderful. All around - you can't get better than this.

We loved everything about this apartment, starting from its central and easy location. The building is old but the decoration is modern and high quality, chic and comfortable There was a reception and the receptionists were simply great! Helpful, friendly, and professional. We loved our breakfast and their flexibility in giving us vegan options. The kitchen is more than fully equipped! The welcome cheese platter was so cute!

Nothing, we were in love with the apartment! If I must say something, There is no particular view other than the pretty street and church bells. And one of the bathrooms in our apartment do not have walls-door, and so it is completely visible when you use it, to the other person in the room. As we stayed as two friends, we had to use it in turns:)

Property was very accommodating and was able to grant us an early check-in at the half day rate so we had a place to sleep upon arrival after a red eye flight. Liliana helped me arrange airport transfer and even went out of her way to connect me with the driver when I wasn't able to find him because he had the wrong phone number. The check-in process was easy and the staff was very friendly. The neighborhood is perfect - right in the middle of fabulous restaurants (including Michelin star around the corner) and nightlife that's easy to walk to. The fresh croissants each morning and the food in the room was so wonderful and much appreciated since it can be difficult to find grocery stores when travelling. The staff made exceptional recommendations for restaurants and activities and also spoke English which was very helpful. Wi-Fi worked great and there was lots of English tv. Thanks for everything! I will definitely be staying here again if I have a chance to come back to Lisbon.

It is a beautifully decorated, relaxed space. The bed mattress and pillow are very comfortable. We enjoyed fresh bakery delivered every morning. The excellent staff arranged our needs well. The location is most convenient.

There is a laundry service, but a laundry machine in the unit would be even better for an extended stay with a large family.

we had a two bedroom two bathroom apt with a lovely deck at the back with a mandarin orange tree. There were lots of amenities and the fridge was always well stocked for breakfast items. The kitchen was well fitted out with every appliance so we could prepare eggs in the fridge the way we liked, when we liked, make fresh orange juice. Fresh croissants and rolls were delivered each morning. And the location was wonderfully central. Metro and tram stops close by and cabs and tuktuks if anyone didn’t want to brave the steep roads, up and down. lots of shops and sights to see close by and a great many restaurants.

The property and staff at Flora Chiado apartments are exceptional. The apartments are in a perfect area of Lisbon and the staff provides whatever you might need. They took care of booking a driver and tour guide for us, made restaurant recommendations and reservations and even provided complimentary transportation back to the airport. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. The breakfast pastries were great and you could pick what kinds you wanted. They made our stay in Lisbon truly memorable. I would recommend Flora Chiado to all my friends.

apartment very confortable and nice I would add some hangers for coats a table cloth and kitchen paper i appreciated cheese and red wine offered upon arrival the position right in the centre is excellent the historical building where the flats are located is gorgeus

i did not like that I was not allowerd to check out at 13.oo instead of 12.00 unless I would have paid half day! it never happened to me and I travel a lot. The cleaning lady was not in a hurry as she was doing other apretments and the fact that they would allowed to stay procided that I paid an extra shows how stingy they are. for an apartment that was really expensive, more than it should be, I do not think this is fair nor serious. another thing I did not like is that it is impossible to open the windows as there are two restaurants nearby that have their exhausting system directed to the windows apartment therefore the smell would enter inside. They told me that they have sent a complain to the local authorities.

Amazing place, decoration is very cool, the place is very clean (the price includes daily cleaning ) and the location is right in the middle of where you want to be in Lisbon :) very quiet too, the kids and us had 3 great night sleeps. The women at reception are so nice , and very helpful too. It was my husband’s 45th birthday and they had little cakes and a bottle of champagne ready for us , great attention to details.

The management provides a selection of fresh bread every morning directly to the apartment. The apartment came with a well equipped kitchen with complementary oranges, yogurt, milk, eggs (all replenished every day), etc plus a modestly marked up minibar.

The apartment was beautiful and huge and more importantly Rita was amazing! So helpful and friendly. She was our own private tour guide and made our stay much easier despite the crazy busy world youth days that we were not prepared for! We were able to do and see so much on two days thanks to Rita. We loved her and we loved our stay at beautiful Flora Chiado.
