It's a great Location; comfortable; and easy to get around. The staff were very pleasant and spoke good English. The street can be noisy but the bedrooms of our apartment were at the back of the building and as such we had no noise issues. Great for easy walking.

Nothing really, we were on the top floor, and the stairs were steep, and with a heavy ag were difficult, but once up there there were no problems a great base for a family wedding.

Large, clean apartment with comfortable bedroom, large bathroom and kitchenette with oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and other essentials. Aircon in bedroom and living area worked well and was needed during high temperatures. Also there was a small balcony overlooking a quiet courtyard. Friendly and helpful staff, including reception and cleaning staff, who were contactable by whatsapp as well. The Bairro Alto is lively and there are good quality affordable restaurants and cafes in the area.

A washing machine, either inside the apartment or in a shared utility room, would have been good.

spacious one bedroom with updated full kitchen and bathroom. in central location close to Rossio station and about 15 min walk to most things in the area. provided ample breakfast including juice, orange, yougurt, some bread and jams or meat and cheese to make breakfast sandwich while on the go. Also had kitchen stocked with water, coke, Fanta and wine for convenient purchase!

if a light sleeper, bring ear plugs as it is a lively nightlife area and you can hear everything until 2-3am. it does get quite cold in the apartment at night during winter months even when turning the air con/heating unit up but there are ample blankets.

Friendly staff, helpful and almost always available. Very nice, spacious and clean apartment. We loved the rooftop terrace too, since the view from our windows was not so impressive (back yards). On the other side, it was very quiet even during the evenings en nights, even though we were surrounded by bars and restaurants.

Guests should realize the apartment building is situated quite high in the city. My 78 y.o. mother's mobility is not so good. Walking the 180 steps from Pz Rossio to the apartment was a bit of a challenge to her. Later, we found out we could reach the apartment by foot a bit easier through the Baixa metro stop. For me personally, the neighborhood was charming with all the steep passages en bars, so it would not have scared me off, but for elderly people it might be different and good to know. As a reward. once you've reached the door, there is an elevator to get to your floor!

Clean and comfortable property with everything we needed provided. Ample breakfast supplied each day with fresh bread. Good location but you need to be fit and sure footed to cope with the hill. Two good restaurants just outside serving tasty Portuguese food but one accepts cash only so be prepared.

Only a few minor niggles: Unnecessary four poster bed made space cramped in the bedroom. More hangers would have been useful. Bath but no plug. Shower fixing was a little high for us and was not adjust able. Kitchen well equipped except for a chopping board.

The whole apartment that I booked was clean, spacious, tidy, well equipped, and quiet. Check in was a breeze, the staff was very helpful when I arrived early and they got my room/apartment ready for me even though I was early. Breakfast was plentiful and they even went out of their way to buy gluten free bread for my friend who was staying with me. The location was absolutely perfect in the Bairro Alto. There were restaurants around so it was easy to find a place to eat. Getting to other parts of the city was not a hassle and it was easy catching an Uber or the bus from where the hotel was located.

There was only one thing I didn't like and that was the sound travelling through the ceiling down to my apartment from the people staying above us. They were heavy footed and we could hear them constantly walking around and the floorboards creaking. HOWEVER that is just the age of the building showing and I cannot fault Lisbon Colours for that at all.

Great location in walking distance from all touristic attractions. Bedrooms facing inner yard, so quite calm at night. Nice breakfast ‘cook-it-yourself’ with raw eggs, bread, cheese and ham, oranges, milk and donuts for the kids. Spacious, kitchen had everything we needed.

- Steep stairs, 2nd floor - ok for us, and it’s possible to leave the buggy downstairs, but some might struggle. - Conditioner worked but acted funny - and it was impossible to select temperature or mode - it was just on (warm wind) or off, in all rooms. - Uber can’t drive directly to a place, there is 3 min walk needed.

The location is great, close to the center/downtown and to many restaurants and bars. also very safe area for a female solo traveler. The room was big, clean and comfy.

Two things I didn't like though: 1. The uber drivers don't get close to the location, so you'll have to walk 7mins (with luggage) to the meeting point, if you're traveling without luggage its fine, if you are the streets are terrible for it.. 2. there was a funny smell in the apartment, which was annoying, my guess from the carpet..

Very clean, friendly staff and Kitchen was well set up with all we needed for outstay. It was a bit difficult for cars to get to so our taxi driver dropped us at end of street and then we had to walk, apparently there is a code for bollards which allows cars through. Our second taxi driver didn't have a problem with this. It may be helpful to let guests know the code before they arrive.

Breakfast was provided, but the orange juice was awful. We didn't drink it. The breakfast was not really suited to us as it consisted of meats. cheese and rolls. There was yoghurt but also not good. They did however provide rolls and butter and jam. There were cereals in the unit for our use too. I would have liked better juice and better quality yoghurt.

Very nice and comfortable appartment. Cleaned every day. Breakfast in basket is simple, but good value for money. Staff is friendly and ready to help. When I asked to deliver breakfast earlier it was not a problem.

UNTRUSTWORTHY handling of CREDIT CARD SECURITY DATA. I got asked for a credit card guarantee of minibar consumption @check-in. I was expecting a pre-authorization of some amount on a terminal as in other hotels. Instead the girl has written down the complete CC number and also the CVC into the PC manually, then printed (again the COMPLETE CC number and CVC) and asked me to sign. I protested that it’s illegal for them to write down the CVC of my card and insisted to delete it from their system and from the form. The girl rejected to do so saying it’s a hotel policy. As I did not succeed I called the bank and blocked the card immediately after leaving the reception.
