Great views, and exceptional pillows Excellent tv.
Bad coffee in the room, bad refills, (they did not include sugar or mixer. The screen in the bathroom did not work, I could not get it running, neither my phone nor tv. It's really bad that you have to pay for your internet, either fast or regular every day!

Large beautiful room with fantastic views. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Food in all restaurants in hotel were excellent. Nice gift shop. Exceptional pool and sitting areas around hotel lobby. Very festive Christmas decoration. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and celebrated when we mentioned we were staying for our wedding anniversary. Texas Spice restaurant gave us an anniversary dessert after our dinner. And the following day, Warren Weiss sent us a delicious and special anniversary dessert to our room. Amazing the thoughtfulness and sincere care for us while we were in their hotel. Lots of fun activities provided by hotel such as pop up ice skating rink. Hops & Hens is such a fun restaurant for fabulous fried chicken strips and special homemade sauces, loaded tater tots, friend corn riblets. If you live in the area, visit these restaurants and Christmas cavities even if you’re not staying overnight. We will return during the holidays this year to take our family for skating and enjoying Hops & Hens & Texas Spice! You should, too 😊

I stayed at this hotel with a few friends for a getaway weekend. We met Marco, the bartender, at the Texas Spice restaurant. He was amazing! So friendly and kind. He really made our Friday night even better; I definitely recommend you go and meet him and try his amazing drinks. He is definitely in the right job!!!!
On Saturday, me and my friends went to the pool upstairs to hang out. The bartender, Gary, was not nice at all. He was looking at us with a rude face and was not at all friendly. I felt a lot of judgment when ordering drinks. When he asked if I wanted to tip him, I kindly said "No, sorry" and he responded rudely saying "Ok so your not going to tip me at all", and pulled the check away. I didn't feel like he deserved a tip given how rude he was beforehand when we were trying to order drinks. I did not appreciate this at all.

It was absolutely beautiful. The architecture and decorations were a wonderful touch to this outstanding hotel. The room service was wonderful and the robes provided were absolutely comfortable. We decided to stay here due to a flight delay and make the most of our trip. Upon entrance we were greeted by a knowledgeable and kind staff. We also got to experience live music and visit their gift shop. Our room was exceptionally clean and had a nice view of the city. This was a nice relaxing and rewarding stay after experiencing a troublesome travel experience with the airport.
There was nothing I didn’t like about this hotel.

my husband and I had a rough day of traveling... as soon as we got to the omni Phillip made us feel so welcome and made the check in process so smooth. His shift was ending but instead of rushing us away, he took time to ask us about our day. in the 20 minutes that he took to get to know us, he gave us restaurant and nightlife recommendations based on what he thought we would like and he was absolutely spot on. he really made sure we had everything we needed. Give that man a raise . exceptional customer service !!!
house keeping could have done a better job. they left a candy wrapper in toilet. didn't really clean anything besides making the bed.

I was in a hurry to check in and the parking attendants advised using Self Parking instead of Valet. Saved a lot of time and parking in the garage was close to the elevators to the Lobby. Front Desk clerk was welcoming and efficient doing my check in. Explained that my family member canceled plans to travel with me, so I was offered a King room from the 2 Queens I booked. The room was on the 20th floor, all the way down the hall far from the elevators, adjacent to a suite, with a beautiful view of downtown Dallas, not the freeway side. Room was immaculate. Bathroom spotless. Bed so comfortable. TV in the bathroom on the mirror so I watched English Premier League soccer uninterrupted from the living room while in the shower. Comfortable sitting chair in the room. Housekeeping was marvelous, polite. Allowed me to check out at noon instead of 11am. A kind porter delivered a luggage cart to my room upon leaving and walked me to my car.
Wish the lighting in the room was brighter in some places. Another floor lamp or new recessed lighting would help. A rainstorm interrupted the TV (apparently a satellite system?) for some time. Suggested to the hotel the television system should be upgraded to fiber optic / streaming to prevent signal losses.

I really like this Hotel. But after this visit I will not co.e back. because last weekend it was my husband and I Birthday Days and this lady name Kimberly gave my husband and I a hard time so I don't ever want to see her ever again she work at the front desk. I hate her. I will never come back because she is very unprofessional and not a pleasant person at all. and the night supervisor is a big black man and he isn't nice either. he don't want to help you. he thinks I guess he is supposed to just to sit down and not help your customer. we left and went to the Thompson Hotel on Arkard they was amazing. you have amazing staff here. Just not Kimberly abd that over night supervisor. so agter after s
I don't like Kimberly she is horrible person she try to mess up my husband BD. by putting us out of hotel because my bank suspected fraud. it was a Sunday and the next day the bank was going to br open the very next day. She should've got a manager to help instead if trying to mess up our plans. Anyway manager Brenda jump in and got it taking care of. She just had my husband pay cash and put the 100.00 fir incidental Kimberly was enjoying watch me get upset.. Anyway I'll get pass hating her.

The manager was a breath of fresh air. I called her J but think name was Jacilian. My daughter has Cerbal Pausy and fail out of chair. The management was very understanding.. Every employee a talked to was just great. To manager, Bar staff even maintenance man just great. You definitely got some best employees I ever seen at a business. .
I booked my booking through a vendor. The 300 dollar hold put me in a situation. Because could not accept cash, and the cards I was using was for shopping and eating. This needs be addressed with vendors to put cost either on the price, or let guest know.

The staff were great, super friendly, all of them from the concierge, to the front desk, bartenders and waitstaff. I enjoyed my interaction with everyone. I would The rooms were roomy and very comfortable. I would recommend the Dallas Omni to my friends and coworkers again!
At no fault of the hotel staff, our business uses Navan to book our travel. This travel was booked through booking.com. I had a reference number and everything, confirmation email and was verified, etc. Upon my arrival the hotel did not have a record of my reservation. It took about 30 mins for them to figure it out for myself and another coworker. The staff was great during that ordeal, why booking.com didnt have the info over to the hotel I am not sure but it took a very long time to get it sorted out.
