The hotel is located in an old building, but it has been completely renovated. It has a beautiful exterior and interior, with a new look, a corridor with a shiny marble feel, wall-to-wall carpet in the rooms, cooling and heating air conditioning. Breakfast is standard continental which is fine.

The room was actually a half room since the roof barred the half of it in height gradually. The mini-bar in the room is an old fridge having loud noise while working especially at its start. The staf at the reception is very young, speaking english, but their behaviour has room for improvement in terms of speaking in public quietly and on a consolidated manner.

The staff at Vacz Hotel are exceptional & could not have been more helpful to make my stay a great experience. Vac is situated about 50km north of Budapest and is a beautiful old town situated beside the Danube River. Train services operate about every 30 minutes from Budapest Nyugati Station. Journey time is a little under 30 minutes. The hotel is clean & modern with a grocery store & very good Bakery 5 minutes walk away. A quiet peaceful hotel with friendly helpful staff very hard to better!

The staff was super nice and went out of their way to help us. Multiple times we had to call someone up to let us in at night and they were super friendly although coming out of bed. They organized all the taxis we needed and let us play and eat in the breakfast room.

The breakfast was middleclass hotel standard. Refills were sparse and often certain items were out.

The man on duty on reception when we checked in was so helpful and friendly. He spent time giving us highlights for our visit to Budapest and went above and beyond. Sorry we did not get his name but he was on duty on Friday 6th September.

It was one of the cleanest hotel I've ever been too. For breakfast we got a nice little selection of food, just what you need for breakfast and everything was tasty and fresh. The room was absolutely beautiful. The staff was helpful.

I missed a shower curtain from the bathroom, but apart from that, everything was perfect.

Very welcoming and happy staff. Was great to have a chat with them am also got tips of what to do and visit, in Vac and around. The breakfast buffe was also amazing.

Wonderful hotel. The room was big enough, clean and pleasant. The breakfast was very tasty. Absolutely give my big recommendation for this hotel.

The location was excellent for us because we have a customer nearby. The rooms were good and the air conditioning worked well. The staff were all helpful and friendly.

Better choice for breakfast

Excellent comfortable room, staff was welcoming and the breakfast was tasty. I would recommend staying here if your visiting the area.
