Nice location, close to the historic center. Basic small apartment, simple and comfortable with all elements to have a coffee/tea. Parking slot if you reserve and pay in advance . We got two apartments and they managed to get us the neighboring units.

It's a big building tower and the hotel has some units in one floor, not a great building. No breakfast. We lost the reservation for the parking slot because it's only kept if you send your credit card details via email to them -outside booking -. We were lucky to find the reception open -restricted hours and days- and managed to get the place anyway. Basic apartment, nothing fancy.

The hotel offers very good price for the money due to location, facilities and personnel. It is very close (about 1 km) to the old center of Strasbourg so you can reach there quickly by foot. You may spend 10 euro for parking inside or if you come on Sundays, as I understand, parking is free in Strasbourg and you may park right in front of the hotel (as we did). The room was basic and actually it's all you need. It was warm inside (not like the other facilities we stayed in the previous days where people not loving 19 degrees C inside might fell a little bit cold). It was very clean. The reception is not open all the day long but you have the option to retrieve your keys from a box near the door by means of a code you are receiving on email, together with all the necessary information. So I gladly recommend it to the people that value their money.

The communication even before coming in Strasbourg was excellent. The staff very friendly and super quick in their replies. Parking spot available, fridge in the room along with the welcoming treats were the elements that made us very happy!

Everything was excellent

The presence of a small kitchen (electric stove, microwave, electric kettle and a small fridge) with enough utilities to prepare different meals during the day. The view from the window was very pleasant and both windows gave the apartment a decent amount of light. Staff spoke French and English.

Everything was excellent. Perhaps the only thing that should be told to other clients when they arrive is how the check out works. It is different from an hotel, meaning you don’t have to return the cards you use to open the apartment and you can leave them in the room on your last day. Specially since there isn’t a 24hs staff. Just a small detail but nothing that has compromised our stay at all.

You have to go to the reception to get access to the parking but you can leave your car on the sidewalk for a few minutes.

Traveling for leisure and did not want to spend much. I found this place for a very good price. from the maps it seems outside the city center however it takes only 15 min walk to get there. It is super clean an has all the necessary things for a short stay. These are little studios coming with a fridge, microwave, cooking stove. You get also some cookware if you wish to cook something yourself. In essence: great for those who value the price and do not mind to walk a bit. I use these places to sleep only. I do not need 5 star hotels because for a city trip you are always outside.

Maybe the pillow was too soft for me. But it is a personal preference I would have appreciated a hairdryer in the toilet.

A lovely hotel, clean and relatively close to the city center. The price is very affordable, which is a great bonus. It even has a small gym and a dining area with snack vending machines. One particularly nice touch was that they provide a guide for visiting Strasbourg, which I found really thoughtful. The only downside I noticed was the lack of a hairdryer, but since I stayed for just one night, it didn’t affect my experience much. I'm sure if I had stayed longer, I could have easily requested one from reception. Overall, a great stay and I’d definitely consider coming back!

Very roomy apartment, squeaky clean, has an essential (but functional) kitchen. Suitable for shoter or longer stays, precisely thanks to the presence of the kitchen. Instant coffee provided for free (pleasant surprise, since no breakfast is included). Overall, recommended for people travelling on a budget.

The position is not incredible. However, Strasbourg is quite small and the city center can be reached in less than 20 minutes on foot. The sink was a touch too small for comfort, but now I'm really nitpicking.

Reception desk is super responsive in how they deal with key distribution and invoicing. I had an issue with opening the securised box and received instructions via the emergency numbers.

I had issues connecting to the Internet ruiter. As I regularly stay in La Canopee, this is unfortunately a recurrent issue. As this was a business trip and I had to work in the evenings, I had to use hot-spot.

This place is located conviniently close to train station and also centre. It is a new building and therefore pretty soundproof. Small kitchen features all basic essentials. There is also water kettle. It is big advantage that during cold season the radiator is pretty efficient. It is possible to check in also after official times.

This time WiFI connection was really weak - this is a problem. Also be mindful that your windows do not face the highway. It becomes very noisy then when window is kept open. I should note as well that during my 6-night stay I had no room service (cleaning, changing towels, collecting the trash) at all.
