Actually perfect! We just stop over on the way from Asia to do a little shopping and frankly there was no fault to the hotel at all. It was absolute perfect. The room, the location the staff and the restaurant were all exactly what we needed. Having stayed at several of the other local Hotels in the past I was pleasantly surprised at the value and service this Hotel offered. I will stay again!

The We Pour program by Starbucks could’ve been improved by being a full fledged Starbucks, but otherwise who can complain - at least we had a decent coffee

Exceptional property, super friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms, good functional bathroom, frequent and punctual shuttle to the airport, walking distance to the factory outlet mall - one of the best hotels we stayed in after a 4-week USA road trip.

The TV selection wasn't on par with other hotels. Our TV wasn't working well to begin with. A technician rebooted it right after we complained, it worked temporarily but it then slipped back into its non-functional state. This was NOT the fault of the hotel. They did their best to clarify the issue while we were there. TV function and selection could be updated...

The rooms were clean and well organized and beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. What I enjoyed the most was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They made my stay very convenient! The fitness gym was also an amazing experience!

I wish there was more lighting in the room since the few lights available weren't enough to brighten the room. It was very dim at night. Also I wish the towels were softer since they seemed very rough, even the replacements.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Liked the extra sitting area and the coffee bar. Bathroom was huge! Free airport shuttle was convenient, and the on-site restaurant was tasty and we appreciated being able to take our unfinished bottle of wine and glasses back up to our room after dinner.

We had to call the hotel to find out where to pick up the airport shuttle--a written request via booking.com was never answered--and it was quite a trek with all our luggage to get to correct terminal.

Generous sized room with very big comfy bed nice quality Egyptian sheets etc. Easy Walking distance to shopping mall Decent mexican round the corner good choice of other restaurants nearby but quite expensive Handy free connection via mini bus to all terminals ( every 15 or so minutes )

Nothing springs to mind as we only used it as a flight stop over so were not really looking for add ons !

Excellent location, next to the exhibition center. Very polite personnel, large and clean rooms.

Breakfast was very busy during the exhibition. There was 20 minutes waiting just to get sitted, during the days of the exhibition. During the next days after the show was over, there was no breakfast buffet available, so again we had to wait for our order to be prepared.

Very kind and professional staff - we had an issue with our credit and debit cards during check-in (transactions declined by the bank). Quite stressful for us, especially that it was 1 am and our small kids were almost asleep on the lounge sofa. the staff were very polite, still allowed us to check in even if our cards didn’t work, advised us to contact the bank and come back with payment next morning. It all worked in the end, very grateful for their kind and professional attitude

Room was perfect, and also clean. Transfer back to the airport the next day was efficient.

Airport pick-up with the free transfer was not clear as to where exactly. Check in was slow. Restaurant lacked atmosphere and the food was also just ok. Seems the free transfer back to the airport is not free as the drivers expect a tip (if not cash, then to their Venmo accounts), something that is not so normal in other parts of the world.

Their bus picked us up after an exhausting day and were professional and helpful. All staff were friendly!

Honestly, the only thing not phenomenal was the room service food delivered. It was good and I love the mini condiments but I've stayed at hotels where room service food was impressive. So...not a big deal. We were hungry, it was late, and the fact food was avaliable and open met our satisfaction and we didn't get ill from it.

Amazing staff, especially the bellman that is very kind and helpful, and a truly a good guy. I needed a lot of help with mobility due to being disabled, and I was not familiar with the area, so I was having a hard time. The bellman went above and beyond and I wouldn't have been able to make it to Amtrak on time if it wasn't for his kindness in helping me find handicapped accessible transportation. Thank you all for helping my bad day turn into a good day. And the suites are amazing, very comfortable beds, and extra large rooms. AMAZING FOOD TOO!! One of the best meals I've ever had, and it was even via room service. A very kind, professional delivery man also.

The bus that has the handicap accessibility needs to be fixed. Many disabled people can't step up steps, even just one is tough for some.
