The beds are so comfy and the rooms are clean and well cared for. The property sits quite near the interstate but the rooms are quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was ample and tasty.

I didn't like that we had to pay for parking on top of an already pricey room.

Christina at the front desk consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service. Despite her busy schedule, she remains polite and approachable, always greeting guests with a warm smile. During my stay, I had the opportunity to interact with her both over the phone and in person, and each time she was not only professional but also kind. Her efforts significantly contributed to making our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Airport shuttle service was simple to use and prompt. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, welcoming and comfortable. Food at restaurant was tasty and well presented. Location good for airport. Kids enjoyed Hilton Honors cookies on arrival

Shampoo and conditioner bottles were empty in bathroom on arrival. Taps in bathroom were leaking from the top

We arrived late, just before the restaurant was closing so worried we wouldn’t get a decent dinner. We were pleasantly surprised that our dinner was excellent! Both the service and quality of food were terrific. Beds were comfy, breakfast was good, staff very nice.

We had to wait for the nightly shared shuttle as it filled up when we got to it, and only runs every 30 minutes, which is a LONG time to wait after a long day of traveling.

Shuttle driver was very nice and went beyond to help me with my MANY pieces of luggage and my children. Staff was very friendly and gave me advice on food to order as we arrived late. Room was clean, big. Beds were very comfy fell asleep instantly. And my children did too. Shower was nice and had all facilities. The location getting to the shuttle pick up from terminal 5 was long when I had alot of luggage. However if you know the short cuts it's not too bad. I met a nice worker who told me to go to another terminal and cut across hilton hotel and the shuttle was there.

The hotel is located at a convenient location, about 10 minutes drive to the airport. The room was large and clean. Room was overall quiet. Parking is available at purchase. Shuttle service was very helpful.

The sound of the small fridge in the room can be heard about every 20 minutes even when it was empty.

A very clean and spacious room. Easy check-in and check-out.

The bathroom exhaust fan did not work; when I reported it, I was treated like an idiot. "Are you sure it's not working? The fans run 24/7 and are very quiet." So I double check it after "maintenance looked in to it", there was no air flowing (with the light-switch on or off).

The room was very clean the air port shuttle was amazing the breakfast was yummy. The staff was amazing great they are all rock stars. Pool hot tub kid play area in pool. Very peaceful . Lots of stuff to buy at the hotel shop.

In hotel shop things are very pricey. And there is no store close to go get them.
