We have stayed here several times now. The love the location and the staff are brilliant. The rooms are comfortable and they have a kitchen and a sitting area and a space to work. The hotel is quite discrete and has a Michelin star Italian restaurant which serves as the breakfast area in the morning.

The only criticism is that the fitness area is small and very dated. It is OK for a one off work out but if you are going to stay longer and like to exercise you would need to explore using some of the excellent gyms in the vicinity.

Since I do not speak Portuguese, I appreciated that so much of the staff spoke English. They were also very helpful and efficient generally The location is central and close to many conveniences including not only restaurants but also a grocery store, pharmacy, and even a small shopping mall. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Everything really was very satisfactory and I'd be happy to stay there again.

Minor matters: I happen to like eggs in the morning, but they were not offered as part of the included breakfast (although I believe you may be able to order them); that said, the other breakfast offerings were quite good. The neighborhood is also a little bit more of a busy, high-end shopping district than I'd prefer – it reminded me a bit of SoHo in New York.

Lots of space. Separate living room and kitchenette. Private safe included in closet. Very quiet.

The hotel is just commencing a process of renovating the rooms. Our room, the bathroom and kitchenette were clean, but certainly in need of updating and painting.

The lifts and most of the buildings features fixtures were very old

The property was very well located. Walking distance to lots of shops and great restaurants in SP. Parking was available in the hotel for an extra charge but extremely convenient for the area.

The rooms are extremely clean. But it felt like I went back in time to the 1970’s. Since I like mid century decor I was fine with it. each room has a small living room, small kitchen and bedroom. The shower was awesome.

Prime city centre location. It's a busy top level street with shops and restaurants and felt very safe.
