The hotel is very conveniently located between business-focused Avenida Paulista and the lovely shopping streets of Jardins. Lots of great stores and nice restaurants to enjoy, yet still a quiet area. The hotel itself has a heated pool, sauna and fitness area. Our rooms were squeaky clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower pressure is wonderful and provided us with some much-needed relaxation after a nearly 30-hour trip! Extra points for eco-friendly practices such as paper liners for the trashcans!

As in many Brazilian hotels, the size of bath towels is a little frustrating: simply too small to comfortably dry off after a shower (and that's unfortunately considering how awesome the showers are). No tissues in the bathroom, which we found a little odd considering the price and rating of the hotel. We also had to insist repeatedly in order to get refills on the complimentary coffee in the room, but the hotel did provide them when we asked.

Location is the best part of the hotel. It's close to restaurants, the shopping district and other commercial venues. It is clean and practical.

It's a tall building and one of the two elevators was broken during our stay. In a couple of ocassions (due to elevator traffic) we had to use the emergency stairs to go to the lobby.

The Hotel is a good business hotel located in the most beautiful area of Sao Paolo. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is super helpful and professional. My room was big enough and equipped with noise proof windows. I tried the fitness centre too, it is not a big one, but fair enough for a short training.

Wonderful location in the center of Jardins . Terrific staff at front desk . Excellent housekeeping . Had a couple of small issues that were addressed immediately . Was given a room upgrade as well . All in all very satisfied !

Service was really good, especially from Lowra Paulo and Ranna . They were informative and always helpful ☺️

The TV had no English channels

the staff, especially the women (all of them!) in front desk are AMAZING. they made me feel welcome and valued every time. I absolutely adored the pride decoration.

it needs some maintenance! some things are a bit wore down. I stayed during some pretty cold days and my room’s air conditioning unit didn’t have a heating function.

Property is ok for a short stay but not new installations at all

Staff, location and bedroom are great! Highly recommend staying here since it’s close to most neighborhoods in São Paulo! You can also walk to nearby tourist areas such as Oscar Freire and paulista. shoutout to the crew at the reception, everyone was super friendly and they even provided a bed and bowls for my dog!

The indoor pool seemed dirty
