The breakfast was great and may I add, free. We could order from the menu as cooked to order, and at from buffet and enjoy the continental breakfast. All had many choices. Let me say, everything was very tasty. The entire facility and room was very clean and comfortable. Location was easy to find and close to our relatives we were visiting. I will definitely be staying here again when in the area.

It was very clean and bright. The staff was so kind and friendly. The room was beautiful. It was right in the middle of a bunch of restaurants as well as having a restaurant inside.

The only thing was the A/C was kind of hard to control. We turned it off but it still came on and made the room very cold.

This hotel is great. The staff are SO NICE. Don't hesitate to stay here if you want to stay in this area. We just stopped off for a quick overnight to break up a long road trip. The pool is indoor (!) which is something different but we enjoyed it. We were there on a weeknight and the lobby was full of business people dining and drinking in the evening. A positive for the hotel but negative for booking.com--I clicked on the hotel specifically because it had a banner across the top that said "Breakfast Included". I am 100% certain of that. When I ended up making the booking....mysteriously, breakfast was not included. I do not know how that happened. We were so confused and a little upset about it the following morning and we talked with hotel staff. They said the NEVER have Breakfast Included with online booking. Booking.com, what is going on??? The best part of the stay, however, was that the hotel staff was kind enough to charge us for only 1 of our 4 continental breakfasts, on account of our confusion and distress. AND the continental breakfast is really good--oatmeal, bagels, toast, fruit, cereal, coffee and juice. It was plenty for our family. I cannot say enough positive things about the staff at this hotel. They're amazingly nice.

This is not about the hotel, it's about the area. It's in a very business/industry type area and it was hard to find decent food for families. The usually reliable Cracker Barrel was not so great (ran out of some dishes--chicken?!--by 7pm) and the Appleby's was half empty but reported a 45 min wait to be seated.

Very nice and comfortable. The location was great for our needs. Staff was friendly. I love the fact that they had a microwave and refrigerator in the room.

Minor problems like broken ice machine on the floor, had to go to first floor to get ice, but not a big deal.

I want to personally thank your staff for being so accommodating and helpful throughout a booking mixup and series of other events that happened during my stay that were out of anyone's control. The staff was courteous and understanding. They made me feel like a guest and not just a number. Bravo to this location. 5 stars are well deserved. Thank you! And the food was really good too!

beautiful place

pool/hot tub was dirty. sun flower seeds in hot tub the day we checked in. waited til following day to get in hot tub but seeds were still there. Breakfast was wonderful but not free plus 8.99 for fruit?? shouldn’t be anything when you pay $183 for a night! Lady worked breakfast ignore me 2-3 times when I asked for juice for my kids…ended up getting it myself and paying for it.

I was in a room that had the ugliest view, looking out the window. With a Brand called Hilton Garden Inn, you expect for the views to be pretty, not dirty air condition units with an old later sitting on top of it. very dirty grungy black sewer like dirt lined the roof. view, not very nice to wake up too… Also public bathroom downstairs attached to restaurant was super dirty with wads of TP & paper towels all over the floor & counters & 3 out of 4 toilets were not flushed and dirty. That was a health issue in my opinion.

Nice and up to date. This is my third stay. I pray you all keep up the good work because I love this hotel.

It smelled in the room until I fixed it. In the lobby the guy was mopping with a stink mop.

The staff were so professional. We came here for my husbands birthday, and they left a gift for my husband in the room. The beds were so comfortable and everything was so clean.

The great staff and cleanliness of hotel was awesome. Maintenance Tam does a great job of keeping property clean and bright.

No real complaints other then pool needs to be 24 hrs .
