The staff are really nice. Great hot water pressure. Very clean room. Modern design. Toiletries and kettle available in room with coffee sachets and complimentary water. Breakfast was filling. 3 minutes walk to tram stop Aksaray. 7 minutes walk to bus stop in Aksaray metro for Havaist bus to/from airport. Plenty of shops around the hotel. A/C & TV worked perfectly.

The economy twin room is on the small size. Note that it does not have a window. Get a multiple socket as there is only one point where you can plug your charger.

The location is in the heart of old Istanbul, very close to historic places such as Sultan Ahmet and Aya Sofia, very close to Aksaray tram station (50m) and Aksaray metro station for Red line (400m), walkable distance from many shopping options especially the Grand Bazar. Very kind staff, early check-in was permitted, breakfast is ok but no open buffet, standard room size was ok. Early breakfast provided last day (thanks for the staff).

The staff were very good and friendly. I was feeling them as my friends while I was there with my mother. They helped to find every place and supported us, special thanks to Melih, Samir, Kubilay and Abdullah for their kind response for all my requests. The hotel vibes and sitting outlet was very good for me. I enjoyed the times when I did not go out in the lobby. The hotel is close to the tram and metro. There are good markets close. Most importantly you don't need to climb when you are walking around. I advise people to book there

My room did not have a bathroom ventilation. As I'm a person I usually open the window. For everyone who wants to book, choose a better room. Especially for summer where you cannot open the room window during the day.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was exceptional—from the comfortable and well-appointed room to the cozy café with its delightful offerings. Perfect customer service from everyone. Melih and his team are providing great hospitality. The Superior room we had with balcony was very nice and the hotel is in a good location. Easy to travel by bus, tram or taxi. Many shops and restaurants on your doorstep. The breakfast is first class. Fresh and I liked that everyone gets their own platter and it's not a buffet. Iron and ironing board in room along with everything else like coffee, milk, kettle and mini fridge. For sure an hotel I would return to definitely recommend.

My room was very clean and smelt fresh.. The staff were brilliant!, especially Yemin. He was so helpful, friendly, polite and courteous. I needed a needle and thread and Yemin made it happen.. Abdullah helped with taking my deliveries to my room and carrying my bags to a different floor to have them weighed. Guys! Thank you both so much for making my stay exceptional. I will definitely be coming back.

The toilet in the reception area had a nasty smell each time I walked past it to go to my room. Please have it checked.

We came during Ramadan. It was great that the hotel prepared Sahoor for us instead of breakfast during Ramadan. It was much appreciated. They serve the same breakfast everyday. It got a little repetitive in the end. But nevertheless, we appreciated the service.

The biggest problem was that other guests/staff would smoke inside the hotel and the smell would travel into our room. It really made my eyes sting and was unpleasant. Coming from the U.K where indoor smoking is banned, this was very unpleasant for us.

Let me start from the locations which is top notch-2 minutes away from main tram and bus stops. It is extremely easy to get from point A to point B in minutes. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful and ready to assist you with anything especially Rojhad, Yusuf and Melih. Big, spacious and clean accommodation. The hotel is next to busy streets, yet you can relax and there is no extra noise coming to your room to bother you.

The only minor disadvantage I would say was the breakfast-it was only one option from a menu every single morning with no other choices at all. Also one of the housekeeping staff didn't do their job correctly.

Everything was exceptional with our short stay at the Dosso Dossi Laleli hotel. From the beginning we have been greeted with the most kindly Samir at the reception who upgraded our room to standard. The rooms are clean, like all the facilities and have a nice fragrant smell. They have complimentary water and tea bag’s, also paid mini-bar. The location is very close to historical city center and the tram station is nearby so it was just perfect for us. Also in front of the shop you will find some nice local convenience stores. This hotel definitely has one of the best stuff in town. All the time if we needed something the best stuff was ready to help us. Especially I would like to thank the best Serkan and Esma, who were always so kind and ready to help and of course the professional receptionist Samir. We had an early flight and asked if we can get a breakfast earlier and they were ready to help. We’re here the third time and definitely will comeback a again.

Room is really clean Bed and pillows were very comfortable Location is good right next to the aksaray t1 station, from which you can go to most of main touristic hubs Staff were really good specially Kabilay from reception and the other guy also who works at night and the guys who help around too like Erkan

Breakfast is below average compared to other hotels I stayed at in this city Rooms in the -1 or -2 is something not understandable for me, it is quiet for sure but having no window and being buried underground doesnt make me feel comfortable, it might be fine for some others but thats just my preferences. So for those who have same preferences like me, make sure to book the proper room when doing your booking for this hotel and actually got several hotels in Istanbul as this info is not clear for many properties in Istanbul specifically.
