The hotel is new, the location is excellent, not too quiet, but tolerable. Shopping stores are nearby, as well as a large number of restaurants and cafes. But the best of all is the hotel staff, especially our host Mr. Eren and his colleague Mr. Abdulrahman. Their smiles, kindness and high professionalism made our stay in the hotel and in Istanbul unforgettable. Many thanks for that

The breakfast should to be better, richer and more diverse, SPA should be put into operation asap, so the quality of the service will be completed .

Mattress, shower.

Bad smell in the bathroom. Toilet brush was not clean. We had bottles of water first day, next day only one bottle, and then no water at all. Lack of tissue, tissue box was empty, with toilet paper on top. Breakfast was quite poor. There were no teaspoons at breakfast.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I am very satisfied with my experience. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the regular housekeeping, which were maintained at the highest level. Additionally, the peace and quiet allowed me to fully relax and unwind. The hotel also boasts an excellent location and a convenient bus connection to the airport, which was very handy for me. I highly recommend this hotel!

The breakfast had a limited selection, and one of the staff members was too quick to take my plate away. I hadn't finished eating, and I didn't give any indication that I was done, yet the waiter took my plate. It felt as though this was done intentionally to prevent guests from eating more than the hotel intended.

The hotel is new and very nice decorated. The location is perfect - close to the historical monuments, Grand Bazaar and all ways of transportation. The rooms are super clean, the bed is very confortable and the shower is divine. Some noises could be heard from the hallway, but nothing major. The hotel's personnel was the best - from the reception, to the restaurant and all the cleaning team. Great job! We had a lovely stay in Manors hotel and in Istanbul as well.

We could not benefit of the spa.

Location is good, near the tram station. Overall is good value for money, but I would choose another hotel next time with better breakfast and larger space of property.

Breakfast is poor choice and the same every day (no turkish dishes). Room is small and also the hotel it self.

The whole experience was amazing, the staff were absolutely outstanding. Abdulrahmen made our journey even better he was very helpful and friendly he made us feel at home, the hospitality we got from every single member of the staff was excellent. The hotel is located in the most beautiful place, I would definitely recommend it. And I will definitely be using their services again. Thank you Abdulrahmen , Muhammet and everyone. Nothing more could be desired from this wonderful place to stay when visiting beautiful Istanbul. Perfect location, cleanliness, polite staff, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom. I will definitely visit again on my next trip. Thank you to all the staff for a pleasant stay and special admirations for Abduramann.

It's not bad, but the breakfast could be enriched a bit.

First of all I need to thank Eren for his great help during our stay. He was the only person in the hotel we could communicate with and he was really friendly! I'd like to say without him, our stay would've been not pleasant at all. The hotel itself is newly established so it's a clean place. The breakfast was lovely and cheers you up for your day!

upon our arrival, we were given a room whose AC was broken while the receptionist knew about it. we stayed in that room for a night and it was extremely hot and damp. also, in the morning like 4 am, we woke up from a noise coming from the outside of the hotel as it's close to a mosque. so the room wasn't soundproof. The first night of our stay was unbelievably terrible but then we talked to Eren and he gave us much better rooms. also I didn't like the area as it was crowded and not really good looking although I had already checked the photos on google.

I was staying in Manors Hotel for 9 nights. Hotel staff made my stay so special. Especially receptionist Erren. He was helping me with everything even he organized Bospor tour for me. He is such a darling and he speaks with perfect English. Abdul was runnig to buy me a special herbal tea and Istambul card. All staff is very polite and helpful. Hotel is very new, rooms a bit small but very nice and clean. They cleaned rooms every day.  Position of the hotel is in perfect walking distance to main Istambul historical attractions.

What hotel should improve is serving of the breakfast. I went for dental treatment and it was no  much soft food available even they did not have a yoghurt or poridge avaible. They should have bigger tea cups available for European guests and more variety of meals for different days. Every day they have been serving the same food and a litlle of fresh fruits. What owner of the hotel should sort out immediatelly is terrible smell comming out of surridge which was placed next to toilette. I covered it with plastic bag and with dustbin and smell was not so intensive. This is a big minus of this hotel. Hotel is a bit expensive in comparison of what they are offering that is why they do not have enought guests.
