Apartment has everything you could possibly need. Very atmospheric place in the old town with easy access to old town sights and museums. Christmas market (seasonal of course) and a shopping mall (Forum), as well as main train and bus stations, are all within walking distance through beautiful stone pavements of the Old town Gdansk. Right next to the apartment there is a supermarket and multiple cafes. Office of the host (Welcome apartments) is also located downstairs. We have stopped by the office of the host to extend our stay and discuss a few things, as well as just to wait for our taxi inside a warm comfortable space. The lady greeting us was nothing short of extraordinary in terms of hospitality and kindness. We felt very welcome, and we were also provided with lots of useful information.

As it was late in the night we picked up the keys from the guard which has no relation to the host. He mislead us saying we had to take the stairs to access the complex, it was quite a long steep flight for someone with 5 suitcases. Eventually, we found out there was an elevator behind the guard's office. The guard also doesn't speak English. Hardly a complaint though as the guard is not an employee of the host.

We arrived at 01:30 at night one hour later than originally planned. The security guard kept an envelope for us with the key. The flat was well-equipped, with a separate bedroom for us, parents, and a huge comfortable sofa for our teenage daughter. The flat was centrally located, but still very quiet. There is a very nice Italian restaurant just round the corner, as well as a wonderful café called Umam with pistacio croissants that are out of this world! Highly recommend, would come back again without hesitation.

This is an excellent apartment rental option right in the heart of Gdansk. The apartment complex is large and modern, with a dedicated parking garage beneath it. The apartment we rented was very spacious and well-appointed, and right in the heart of Gdansk's Old Town. We walked everywhere, and there were tons of restaurants just outside our door.

It was slightly confusing on where to enter at first (especially since we had to pick up our keys from the security desk since we arrived after the office closed), but we figured it out. The apartment also didn't have air conditioning, which was fine, but is worth knowing ahead of time if you're visiting during the summer when it does get hot in Poland.

The location is super, in the old town with lots of restaurants, Biedronka in the same building and proximity to interesting places. The apartment was nice, we took with one bedroom and view to the city. The window in the bedroom was was on the silent side of the building.

It’s nice to have some minor stuff for long term staying like more than 2 capsules for dishwasher and at least a couple for washing machine. Garbage bags as well.

The USP of this property is its location - located very close to the St. Mariacka Church, and the beautiful Maraca street, and also close to the Main Street. We were also offered the property's parking lot, which was convenient. The kitchen was also decent. There are also a few good restaurants - including Gdansk's top-rated restaurant, Manna 68. We appreciated our stay a lot!

Nothing much to complain, but just a word of caution: please follow the check-in time of upto 18 hours, or else you have to pay a fee of 100 PLN / 25€ to collect the keys based on instructions.

Apartment in an modern apartment complex in the old town. Everything is within walking distance. We picked up our keys at the securitie post and it was easy to get them. Good communication, answered all questions, fulfilled all requests. The apartment is exactly as pictured, with a separate kitchen. Modern, comfortable and very clean. Great that there is a balcony which we used during the rain. The bed linen and towels are snow white. Excellent accommodation, we are very satisfied. Thank you for your hospitality!

Location is good and the staff was very nice

There was no curtains on the leaving room door, we stayed 4 nights and there was not changed towels, there was nothing to dry glasses and dishes and notting to clean tabels, the trash no informations about it, the bed room , pillows is getting old and the bed sounds terrible when you move you .

The location is great, close to station, close to every sightseeing, close to the river, Biedronka is around the corner. It was easy to find. The apartment was warm and clean. The view from the terrace is nice. We had some issues during our stay but they were resolved ASAP. So the overall experience is excellent.

May be it would be nice to have a curtain in the bathroom instead of glass shielded as it's not wide enough

We chose a nice Deluxe Apartment with City View (25). The location is very convenient, as it provides closeness to numerous sights, attractions, restaurants, and shops. The property features an appealing and peaceful inner courtyard. If needed, you can also reserve private parking in the garage.Throughout our stay, we need to across several closed streets in the old town, which was a bit confusing, but we managed to navigate through it. The apartment, situated beside a street, offers a charming view of the old town's lively street scene. Despite potential summer noise, the apartment stays quiet when windows are closed. As for the apartment itself, it showcases a modern and inviting design, although it could benefit from a touch more warmth and hospitality. Wow, what a nice apartment 😍 Clean, lots of space and a big balcony. Love the location and the wife from the balcony. Quiet, even though it's in the heart of the old town.

If I have to say something, I would change the terrace furniture for more comfort and useful for sun bading.
