The Breakfast was very nice. I would like to ask the management to put a notice in the buffet area asking the clients not to pick the salad and fish with their finges when the hotel has supplied tongs for this job. I was shocked to this people touching the food in this way. In one case a man came up to the buffet salad area eating and putting his finges in his mouth then touching and moving the buffet food on display with his fingers which had just been in his mouth. I will never take breakfast in thios hotel again

The location is great, hotel is really in the heart of the city. Rooms were spacious, bed matraces, pillows, linen is of very good quality and what I particulatly liked very much was double blanket on double bed. Breakfast had variuos choices including a la carte menu and quite many things available for people with ex gluten or lactose alergies

Hotel feels like a bit worn out - carpets have stains, furniture has signs of usage. In a 4 stars and especialy SPA hotel one would expect to find bathrobes in the room (we picked them in the SPA, however, the size seemed womans M for all robes, so they looked very small on men). Personnel was friendly and nice but it felt that it’s too little of them (there were only 2 persons in the reception at the busy hours, we needed to chase waiters during breakfast to take a la carte orders and take away used dishes)

This hotel was perfect for what we needed whilst staying 2 nights in Gdansk. As soon as you walk in you are met with a beautiful lobby area. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are very large, the bed is huge and extremely comfortable. The TV in your room will give you information on the hotel and facilities it provides. The bathrooms are fabulous with a bath and shower, and a lovely large steam proof mirror for when getting ready to hit the town at night! Great location as everything within 15 minute walk. Oh and the spa is a must if you stay here. X4 different sauna,/spa rooms and a lovely relaxing pool. Highly recommend and excellent value for money. Would 100% stay again if I return to Gdansk.

I couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Nestled in a prime location, the hotel was within walking distance of the city's stunning Old Town, an area brimming with history, character, and beauty. The surrounding neighborhood was delightful, with cobblestone streets lined with a mix of historic architecture and vibrant modern touches. There were plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby, offering everything from traditional Polish dishes to international cuisine. Each evening felt like a culinary adventure, with cozy cafés and bustling eateries providing endless options.

The hotel itself was lovely, and well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that offered a perfect blend of modern amenities and a touch of local charm. The staff were exceptionally friendly and eager to help, providing excellent recommendations for sightseeing and dining.

Everything was wonderful. comfortable beds, soft bedding, clean and luxurious. However, I liked the service the most. the people working there have their hearts on their sleeves. They are helpful at all times. They always have a smile on their face and for them I will definitely come back there with friends! They create a wonderful atmosphere in this wonderful and beautiful place. The location could not be better. The restaurant in a very sophisticated style with perfect service. I recommend such a wonderful relaks to everyone. I will never forget it. And I have already spent the night in other Radissons but this one in Gdańsk is no. 1.

Location was fantastic! Hotel building was modern but with nods to the history of the area. We stayed in a Granary room with a view, we really liked the beams and windows. The view was also fantastic! Lots of choice during breakfast, and we liked the option of ordering a la carte, the French toast was delicious.

Even though you had to book a slot at the spa it was still very busy. We went twice, once in the morning and once in an afternoon. The afternoon was full of small children, screaming and splashing. Most of the saunas and jacuzzi were also full.

Breakfast was amazing! Miss Martyna who works at the b/ fast was lovely and very considerable towards me and my partner. She was always making sure we have all we need :)Also, Marina who cleaned our room was very caring.. Hotel lounge was beautiful and location was spot on. Bathroom was beautiful! Vouchers for drinks were a lovely gesture.

Family Room we booked for our 7 days stay was dark and wasn't inviting at all. Also,the ventilation in the room was too loud,therefore I couldn't sleep. Some of the SPA facilities were not working.

View from superior room facing the canals is amazing. Breakfast was ok. It was clean and is smelling very nice throughout the entire hotel. SPA ok. Sauna super pool relatively small but well equipped.Very well organized, you have to book time for sauna and spa and because of that is not very crowdy.

There was no water in the room, ( they play eco card)you have to go to main corridor and fill yourself a glass bottle that looks like it is made for flowers rather for drinking. Minibar was empty. Staff at the bar on Saturday night needed 20 mins to bring the check even if we were almost alone and were couple waiters/ staff just hanging by the bar. Had to go myself to ask for check to pay card or to add the drinks om the room. Ive been sarcastically informed that we need to have a credit line open to add drinks on the room. I just wanted to settle the bill as fast as possible. ( would have been nice to get the info about credit line at check in, probably that wad the reason minibar was empty)

Very comfortable BED with quality pillows, BREAKFAST with a lot of variations of food, as Baltic city also choice of all kind of fish appetisers. Radisson Gdansk has brilliant idea of serving drinkable water in the rooms for quests, NO PLASTIC bottles, just nice glass carafe and very guest can take water from machines located at corridors on each floor. That deserves 10+ at booking reviews. Last thing If you don't need your room to be cleaned you will get a small gift, just hang the fabric bag on door knob. :-)

Wellness with pool and sauna area is very relaxing only if you get lucky and have no nasty kids around. My suggestion to management is make that Wellness just adults only period. (or 15+ minimum ) You may get better reviews because top guests want to enjoy your highen wellness too.
