That’s just amazing place to stay! The room was so big, we had 3 windows with a view to the church. All the furniture was good and comfy, bathroom - clean and big as well. I want to say some good words to people from the reception - they are so kind and welcoming, always smiling to you and wishing a good day. Breakfasts was extremely delicious. If you still think if you want to eat at the hotel, don’t. Just do it 😅

We really like Stay inn Hotel Gdańsk, the location is great, the room was a good size with several places to store your luggage. They offered still/sparkling water for free in the room, re-fill every day. We felt it was the perfect location and hotel to explore Gdansk.

We are not breakfast people but it seems they only serve breakfast on weekends which could be downside for others. Since the hotel is just outside the church, the clock ringing might wake you up in the morning. Furthermore, for me personally, I´ve asked for a quite room, but got the room next to the elevator, ( I had earplugs so it was OK) but maybe then should try to pay more attention to guests preferences.

The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful in helping us organise things, especially the taxi back to the airport and a take away breakfast for our departing morning. The room was small but extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent location right in middle of town.

The WiFi didn't work for us which was annoying. We asked reception to fix and they said they reset the router, but neither my wife nor my phone worked on the WiFi. Also the Aircon was extremely dry, so bit of a sore throat in the mornings.

The best part of the property was the location. The church view from our window was amazing, especially at night when the church is lit up. We were right in the middle of old town and everything was close. The hotel was comfortable with a little mini fridge and coffee maker for the morning. Another plus is that it has a lift. This was my second time back and I would recommend this hotel. Make sure to get a view room though. It really makes a difference!!

Small clean compact room. Large bathroom with good water pressure and liquid soap/shampoo. Hairdryer, coffee/tea /water (sparkling and still water) provided every day in the room. Perfect location across the Basilica and in the heart of old town right next to fabulous restaurants. Short walk to all the prime locations and river. Staff extremely helpful and kind.

Main beds very comfortable except for pull-out sofa bed.

Thé location is very suitable, in the old town. Everything is very close by foot. The hotel is charming. The room was small but comfortable. Not quiet because of the noisy street. It is getting quiet after midnight or 1AM. We had very good breakfast at the restaurant of the hotel. We did appreciated very much the staff. Thought, they don’t have cash to give you the rest or to change the money, not at the reception nor at the restaurant :)

Nothing to dislike

It was a clean and a comfortable room in a fantastic location. The staff was nice and helpful! They set up a nice little dog bed and a treat for our dog which he liked. We booked super last minute and they were able to accommodate us.

We traveled with 4 kilo poodle and didn’t appreciate the 50 pln fee per night instead of paying a one time fee. The tv was not a smart tv and only instant coffee offered in the room.

The staff were very helpful and cheerful which makes a hotel stand out as special. Had just been treated very rudely at the airport and it was a great relief to come to this hotel and be greeted with a friendly smile and very hospitable manner. I highly recommend this hotel and a wonderful location too.

What I didn’t like was having to leave this lovely place and go back to work :)

The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, the bathroom was comfortable although it could have more racks for hanging towels. I liked the location, I could just go down in the morning and drink my coffee in a nearby cafe. The receptionists were helpful and kind.

The room had curtains that were half transparent and I didn't like the sun shining into the room from 5 am. Also it was very hot during my stay and when I turned the aircon on, I realised it was positioned just above the beds and although I selected a gentle mode, I had a cool air blowing straight on me during the night.

Excellent location right in the center, plenty of restaurants and bars around, everything central within walking distance, clean, comfortable room, modern interior, good wifi, complimentary still and sparkling water, electric kettle, coffee/tea

I did not like the slanted ceiling in my room. Water from the sink was just a trickle.
