The renovations to former and historic barns were magnificent and cottage garden within the fenced off property were beautiful. The welcoming touches such as fresh milk, flowers in the cottage, firewood provided in the afternoon were unexpected and very much appreciated. The family (working) dogs were very friendly and energetic. Wonderful venue and lovely hosts. Hope the property is able to remain in family for many more generations. Would definately book again.

The historic cottage was a lovely oasis, pretty as a picture, clean and beautiful inside. Everything for a comfortable stay was provided including fresh little vases of flowers. Frome the large windows there were views over the farmland and the location is very handy for sightseeing around Richmond and the Eastern Bays. The wood heater was a real bonus and the cottage stay was a highlight of the trip.

Loved the peaceful location on the outskirts of Richmond. Gorgeous cottage with wood fire in sitting room, well equipped kitchen, loft bedroom, renovated bathroom and natural surroundings. Friendly hosts.

Beautiful restored heritage cottage on a working farm. Has everything you need in a beautiful setting. Loved the cottage and the farm environment. Secluded but also accessible to attractions. Great work hosts!

Daisy Bank Cottage is an absolute beautiful place to stay. The owners of the property are very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a homely farm stay with an amazing little town called Richmond just seconds away.

No dislikes at all

We have just experienced two of the most perfect nights stays in Jessies Cottage of Daisy Bank Cottages. We chose Daisy Bank wanting to be close to the township of Richmond to experience what the historic town had to offer. We werent disappointed. We took the 3 minute drive from the town center to Daisy Bank where We were greated by two of the most beautiful and friendly dogs Pip and Charlie before being introduced to their owner and host Hana. Our welcome by Hana was nothing shy of friendly overwhelmingly warm hospitality and couldnt be more lovelier person to introduce us to this magnificent Cottage. On entry into the cottages theres a fabulous picket fence where just like you see in the movies a farm gate opens into the grounds of your accomodation. Stunning cottage gardens surround the grounds which were lovely and admired each morning whilst drinking our coffee as the sun glistened over them. The cottage is beautifully presented with a stunning kitchen with everything needed to cook a home meal which we did on both nights of our stay. Oven, stove top, full draw of utensils, cooking pots pans, full fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kitchen table and chairs as well as a lovely welshdresser adorned with willow patterened plates - total dream. The living area was cosy and very comfortable with a writing desk, large lounge, arm chair digital TV and coffee table, not to mention the magnificent pot belly fire place which kept us lovely and warm on the chilly nights. The bathroom is beautiful and bright with a shower and lovely spa perfect for soaking in after a day of exploring. Upstairs boasts a very attractive comfortable kingsize bed with beautiful windows overlooking the property and vista of the hills. The only issue we had was by our own accord, with our stay was it wasnt long enough! We adored every minue of the magical and serene feeling Daisy Bank Cottages provided and would not hesitate in recommending to any of our friends or family visiting Tasmania.

That we only booked 2 nights! We wished we stayed longer!

We stayed in Jessie’s Cottage, it was cosy and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the cooking facilities and the little extras such as herbs and spices, pod coffee and plenty of crockery etc. It was a relaxing setting on a farm with a lovely view but we were still close enough to walk into town.

Welcomed with fresh baked bread and left fresh laid eggs for breakfast, how nice! Cottage was very cosy and well presented. Was a 15-20 min walk into town which we enjoyed exploring

Great location in a cottage which was well appointed, comfortable and charming. Being on a farm was also appreciated for the quietness and walking environment provided.

It felt very private and had an amazing big outdoor bath with a view!

Definitely don't stay if you can't do stairs as it is a tiny home with an internal staircase to the loft bed area.
