there was a brewery nearby. It was nice to be able to pop over and enjoy some brews with views.

it is listed as "Sea View" but its honestly not much of a sea view and more like a parking lot view. We paid for a room with that had advertised the sea view. I would stay here again though, but it is just something to note.

Great value for the money. Loved the location, the seafood restaurant next door and the upgraded decor. Quiet enough (although the first night some ppl coming off the party boat made a bit of a ruckus at 10:30.) Tip: make sure you get an upper room overlooking the pool in order to get the best harbor view.

Although there was no free coffee in the lobby nor a breakfast onsite, I did have a great time eating and having coffee drinks at one of the cafes two blocks away.

Close proximity to the waterfront. Very good seafood restaurant right behind the motel.

The room that we were in had a shoulder height bathroom window next to the walkway near a staircase. It was somewhat uncomfortable being in the bathroom when people’s heads would pass by about 2 feet from your head, even though the glass was obscured.

Was in a great location right on the docks in between Downtown and the Coast and lajolla!! Room was beautiful and cozy so was the hotel. We had a great stay and I would 100% stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone! With the price and pictures I Thought it was too good to be true but lived up and was great !

Location! Americas Cup Bay and Marina, Fishermans Landing, Shelter Island, Eppig Brewing, Point Loma Seafood and the walkability! Very safe (and beautiful) for single woman walker! Close to airport and B Street Pier!

The price is right, so nothing not to like!

Within walking distance of what we wanted to see. No parking fee. It was clean. Staff accommodating, but not familiar with area.

Advertised as a sea view, but our room although facing the harbor did not have a sea view. Buildings ie Point Loma Seafoods obstructed view. Couldn’t adjust temperature so it was cold. Had the bare essentials and could tell it had been updated, but pricey for what it offered.

The staff was amazing. The location was awesome. Will stay there again for sure. It was a great hotel. Staff went above and beyond for us . We left something at the hotel and They took it to the UPS store within an hour got it shipped to us. I can’t thank you guys enough:)

The room was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked and the linens were clean. The atmosphere, especially around the pool were very nice.

I would have loved to see a water bottle refiller or an ice machine available.

It is very close to restaurants and located right next to the marina. Everything in the room worked like it was supposed to. Had no problems with anything. The room was larger than I expected and it had a laminate wood flooring which is way better than carpet. Overall, a nice room for a few nights stays.

Bed was a little too soft, kind of lumpy. There were no drawers for putting away clothes and bathroom had minimal space for toiletries.

I love the location, very close to a bunch of different restaurants. Location is perfect if you want to be next to the water. Place is really clean and rooms are spacious for solo travelers. Staff is great too!
