Everything is just perfect! We eventually have stayed for 3 night instead of 1, because it's amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff, warm welcoming, good breakfast, fancy dinner with live music and a belly dancer. Room is comfortable and everything is beautiful. Love that the pool is on the rooftop. The big square is like 5 -10 min walking distance. Highly recommended!

This was a great find. The Riad was in a perfect location and a peaceful oasis from the chaotic Medina. The staff was exceptional, looking after our every need and made all our arrangements for us, such as taxi’s and tours. Breakfast was probably my most favorite feature, followed by relaxing on the roof in the afternoon after a day of exploring. The WiFi is very strong, but it didnt work in our room, so we would just step out into the courtyard. Not a problem. We had a large room, with a large shower and we were very comfortable. I would strongly recommend this Riad.

The staff , from the management Osama and Sahim were always on hand to provide support and help when needed and the same for other staff .They were all very hospitable and warm to us .The riad was very beautiful and the stay was comfortable . Location wise the Riad was close to the main attractions which was great . I had 2 small children and all of the staff were so attentive to them. The breakfast was lovely and varied and the kitchen staff and waiters provided a great service . The riad was very clean and staff worked hard to ensure it was kept this way and the rooms were cleaned everyday. All in all an amazing stay I would certainly recommend everyone to come to this Riad .

Our room and our kids rooms were on different floors despite booking in advance and their room was very dark. The pool wasn’t very clean at the end of the day I used it (oily/hairs/grit at bottom) and it closed at 7pm - it would have been nice to use it and the pool area longer. There was no where really to chill upstairs if you didn’t get a pool lounger as the other seating felt like it was more set up for dining. The decor felt a little corporate rather than traditional Moroccan.

We had an amazing stay at Les Oliviers. Breakfast was very nice, with lots of options. If somethings want there you could ask and they would bring for you. Rooms nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing, they would look after you, would answer all the questions, give you all the information and directions you need, they would book trips and taxi for you. I felt very safe everywhere. Can’t thanks enough to all the staff ( especially to Mbarka at the front office, Karima does the best massage and scrub). Sorry I couldn’t remember all the names.

If I would have to change something that would be the pillows ( or maybe too soft for me), everything else was perfect.

Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was a good size and comfortable and the location was ideal for walking to the city attractions. Breakfast was nice and the pool was small but ideal for cooling off after a hot day. They arranged an airport pickup for us for a competitive price, which only took 20 minutes.

Our room was on the ground floor and the hotel sat new arrivals right outside our room for checking in on some evenings so it was quite loud. In all fairness this didn't go on until very late (about 10pm) but it was loud if you're trying to get an early night before an early start the next morning. Would be better if the Riad checked new guests in away from the rooms, particularly at night time.

In fact, the Riad is spectacular. I must say that they have fantastic people working there, truly professionals but at the same time, kind. The room was really beautiful and confortable, but the riad entrance, astonishing! The pool is really nice, and with the high temperatures,, made our afternoos more confortable. They had a bar that works all the time, and you can order drinks and food. I must speak about the restaurant. The breakfast is amazing, really tasty and realy cozy, with variety from day to day. We dinned two times and it was tasty, with tipical moroccan food. We also used the spa, wich was realy confortable. We did a reaaly great massage. One extra point, they organised our tours, with so much professionalism. All perfect, with trustworty people. That is on word to describe the Riad, TRUST. It is really close to the most of the attractions. Congradulations, and keep your amazing Riad. One more thing, all perfectly cleaned and the scent, the perfume in the air, makes you feel so relaxed.

We stayed at Riad Les Oliviers for a few nights during the summer of 2024. Everything was just perfect - communication before arrival was quick and easy, we were picked up in the airport by a super friendly driver and arrived at the riad. It was extremely beautiful and all the staff we met there were so friendly and helpful. Temperatures where extremely high but inside the riad was chilled and nice! It was close to everything, so we could easily explore the medina and return home for some shade (and a dip in the pool) without overheating. All was perfect!

What a beautiful little gem.of a riad in the busy medina of Marrakech. The staff were super courteous and obliging, going above and beyond to meet every request, such as organise airport transfers, trips, and make recommendations. Our family suite was so clean, comfortable and authentic. It had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a little living area. It was air-conditioned so was a welcome relief from the hot and bustling streets of the Medina. The rooftop pool was such a bonus, and even though it was small, it was plenty big enough to cool off, or catch the evening sunset. I highly recommend this hotel.

No complaints whatsoever, everything was perfect.

Location, value , customer service. Met our needs and then some. All in all, I would give it a 9-10 for our needs and price and value with great staff. The size of the bathroom was good and great products in them. The room was a touch small, but again, I was good with that.

I knew when we booked what I was getting and paying for as per the pros. I utilized the spa. The staff was fabulous, but not as professional as I would have liked for a "spa" setting. The massage was pleasant, but more like a relaxing rub down. Did I enjoy it, yes, but it was a rub down. Just go into it knowing the outcome and you will enjoy. I had other masssages in Morocco and all of them were about the same.
