The staff were very helpful. Let them take you to meet taxis since they cannot get to the door. The breakfast was good and filling. The beds were comfortable.

Be aware that there are sometimes drain smells and you need to leave windows open for a while. We stayed in Lydines which is about 15 minutes walk from the other riads. There was no restaurant or bar at Lydines but this wasn't a problem because the 5 star Almaha hotel is just around the corner. Nevertheless, the hotel is well located in the Casbah and an easy walk to the main Fnaa square.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff helpful with directions. They gave us an phone with data meaning we could use googlemaps which was an amazing help. Room was great

Location is a little out of the way but still felt safe, bit noisy because local neighbourhood. Not enough tables for breakfast

Excellently located near a convenient taxi drop off point, not something every riad can claim in the Medina. Not far from the Bahia Palace it was in easy walking distance of much to see. All the staff were friendly and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. From the arrival tea and cakes through to the checking out everything was done with a smile. The riad we stayed in, Firdaus, was immaculate in the public areas as well as the rooms. Peaceful, calm and relaxing. The spa was excellent offerings range of treatments and massages.

There isn’t much to dislike

The staff were both polite and helpful and the accommodation itself was exactly as described.. we enjoyed our traditional breakfasts in the courtyard of our riad, and Mohammed our waiter looked after us extremely well. I cannot fault the staff or the accommodation..

We were not happy about having to walk through a building site to get to and from our riad. I mean literally walk through it.. piles of rubble lined the walls of the narrow street and the wooden scaffolding above looked very precarious.. Whilst we understand they need to repair the damage done by the earthquake last year we question letting guests stay in accommodation next to these repair works. We asked to be moved to the main Riad but there was no availability.. 3 of the riads are accessed by the street with the building works referred to so we were not alone traversing the cement mixing etc!

Our stay at Riad Bab Firdaous within the Angsana Riads collection was nothing short of perfection. The attention to detail and guest satisfaction was evident from the start. The thoughtful provision of a phone for the duration of our stay showcased their dedication to convenience. We indulged in a couples Hammam and massage, a truly 5-star experience leaving us thoroughly rejuvenated. The included breakfast was not only delicious but also served with impeccable hospitality. The strategic location, merely a 7-minute walk from Jma el Fna and a 5-minute walk from Bahia Palace, made exploring the surroundings effortless. With essential amenities like a taxi rank, ATM, and pharmacy within a minute's reach, the Riad Bab Firdaous ensured that every guest's needs were met seamlessly. In essence, our stay was characterized by exceptional service, luxurious amenities, and a prime location, making it a memorable and delightful experience.

We loved Angsana Riad. The room was very cozy and with extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious and we had the opportunity to try local specialties and pastries all homemade and fresh. Excellent location in the Medina. Every single person that work there was very nice and friendly. We had the chance to know Nadia, who helped us with a booking issue and solved it perfectly coming towards our request. We will and already have recommended this riad to our friends/ family because everything was smooth and really made us have a perfect weekend with our friends in Marrakech. Will be back for sure!

Although our flight was delayed until 2am, we were picked up at the airport and brought to the riad. Please remember to specify the number of people to accommodate the vehicle. Mohamed and the others were very friendly and helpful, just like Moroccan hospitality! A real Moroccan breakfast 10/10: no fake French breakfast with croissants. Everything was natural, local, of high quality, and the various crepes and breads cooked on the spot: amlou, fruits, juice, honey, olive oil, white barley soup, etc. Amine, our waiter was excellent during our stay. The cook was also excellent. A Moroccan stay with European standards.

The price of the SPA is equal to those in Europe. A pity.

We absolutely loved our stay at Angsana Riads Collection It was beautifully decorated and provided a calm, peaceful environment where we could relax and re-energize . Location was perfect and the breakfast was great and beautifully presented. I researched many places and am beyond happy we choose to stay here.

Super nice and helpful staff that went above and beyond. Breakfast was amazing, so fresh. We defenetly would recommend this to others.

Only negative thing was the water pressure in the shower, it took a long time to wash the hair. Another thing that could make it even better would be to have extension cords by the beds, we had to unplugg the bed lamps in order to charge our phone. No problem but that would have been a really great thing to have.

From the second we entered the riad, we were greeted with warm and professional staff, given Moroccan tea and cookies and allowed to choose a scent to scent our room for the week. The room was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was delicious and so was the Si Said Restaurant itself. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and brought our luggage out to our taxi for us upon checkout (a small walk to the nearest road big enough to accommodate a car). I will say it is better value to prebook a taxi on booking.com or to negotiate a price with a taxi rather than to use the hotel taxi - however, if we did the latter im sure the service would have been just as impeccable. We would very much look to book Angsana Riads again when we return to Marrakech
