We booked this accomodation as we were going to an event near by. It is right beside St.Vincents hospital and there is a little shopping centre with a large tesco 5min walk away. Secure parking and plenty of it. Staff were warm and friendly, check in was easy. We booked a studio apartment, it had everything we needed for 1 night stay.Fully equiped kitchen area, large fridge. Bed was comfy, it was very warm in the night so the plug in fan was a welcome addition, helped fall back to sleep. Shower was decent size but power in shower wasnt great. Toiletries provided if needed. I would stay here again if needed to be in that area again.

The apartment was very clean with all the necessary kitchen utensils etc. provided. Located back from the road outside meant the apartment was quiet which enabled a good nights sleep. Also being located close to a supermarket (5 minute walk) and transport services means stocking up on food etc. and travelling around is very straight forward. The staff were very helpful. The apartment style accommodation is a great alternative to a hotel or B&B for those on a short, medium or long term stay. The washing machine and dryer are great for anyone staying longer.

The apartment has everything you need, has oil, sugar, tea and coffee and all the basics in a kitchen. Also washing machine and dryer. And beds are comfortable. Bathroom has towels and shampoo, conditioner, gel and body lotion. Also cot upon request and a very handy high chair for smallest like mine. The girl was so nice and helpful, ill be back for sure.

Beds need mattress covers and the sink in the bathroom had toothpaste from previous guest in the side of the sink. But the rest was clean to be fair.

I loved this place and the advantages of complete independence. The facilities were brilliant and the bed was very comfortable as well as a decent shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a half-hour walk to the RDS, but that's fine by me. There is a tesco 8 minutes walk away if you need anything. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil were already there, as well as tea bags and instant coffee. There was some chilled water in the fridge. The towels were nice and fluffy, and the flat was very clean. Would recommend.

All the doors are fire-doors, which is great, but some of them were a bit stiff and sticky to move easily. There is a bit of noise transference between walls and ceiling, but not too bad unless you have unruly neighbours. (Which as not allowed) I might bring some earplugs in case I need them in the future, as I am a light sleeper.

Parking was excellent. Ground floor apartment as requested. Kitchen area was lovely. Washing machine and tumble dryer excellent. Loved the starter kit, tea, coffee, washing up liquid, washing pods, etc. Would definitely recommend.

Squeaky bathroom door. No extractor fan in bathroom. Television- had to keep fiddling about with two remote controls, picture would freeze, also picture would go off altogether. Sink in bathroom needed a good clean in the drain. The plug was full of black gunge and the plug hole was also thick with black gunge. Managed to clean it enough for it to work well enough but could do with a proper chemical clean. Armchair in lounge was extremely low and quite uncomfortable after a while. However these things did not stop us having a good break and wouldn't stop us from staying there again.

I've stayed here before so knew what to expect. Very good use of space. Much better than having to share a tiny hotel room between 4. We were 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 and 11. Beds very comfortable. There's even a washer and dryer. Plenty of free parking which is great so close to town. Very accommodating staff. Lovely girl on reception. Very responsive to messages. Clean and modern. Shower is great and plenty of towels and toiletries which is great. Really close to Merrion Centre which has a Tesco and a few shops including a coffee shop and a cafe. Less than 10 minute walk to Sydney Parade station so location is perfect. Close to town but super quiet.

I'd love a TV in the bedroom as well as the living room so kids could watch something else. There was a TV point in the bedroom so there may have been a TV there at some point. Probably wouldn't bother most people.

Comfortable roomy apartment.

We were surprised that they couldn’t accommodate just a little earlier than the times stated for checkin. It seemed like they didn’t even consider it. Also, very few items for kitchen supplies, such as only 4 each of cutlery, so was constantly washing, even within the same meal. And no cutting board at all. Just a few extras go a little way, since it is stated as a full service apartment, in order to cook.

Very spacious and with good facilities

I had booked for three nights for two people and advised the staff I would arrive a bit later and my daughter would arrive a bit earlier so asked them to let her in. But to let her in they charged her for the first night, even though I had made the booking and was meant to pay for the three nights. There was not an overcharge, it is just that was surprising that they made my daughter pay before I arrived.

Easy check in and out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Specious bed and living room. Kitchen with all needed equipment. Safe parking in front of Suites. Tesco and shops nearby. Nice location, 10€ Taxi ride to the RDS.

Bathroom is very small, no space/ shelfs for toiletries. Not a big fan of shower curtains. Thin walls.

The suite had all the essentials we needed. Very spacious and very comfortable bed and sofa bed. Local Tesco was a short walk away, and Sydney Parade train station was within walking distance and a few stops away from Connoly station. I liked that we were able to buy food and cook food and have all the essentials like oil, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, tea, dish washing liquid, kitchen paper, all dishes and crockery and cooking pots and pans and even, clothes washing tablets. There was a washing machine and dryer. However, we did not need to use it as we did not stay long enough. The staff were friendly and let us keep our luggage after check out so we were able to explore before our departure. The location was in a lovely area and there was a beach within a 15 minute walking distance. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again next time we are in Ireland.
