Spotlessly clean, gorgeous room with sea view and enormous balcony. Staff were very helpful. Used Dive Centre connected to hotel for Discovery dive too and highly recommend.

Not an issue for me but be mindful that there are a lot of steps to the reception and restaurant and rooms due to it being built on the hillside.

Not a negative but something to be aware of - you need to get transport (or hire your own scooter) to get to Amed beach/Jemeluk bay. The accomodation is helpful at arranging this, but it’s more expensive than you’d expect in the bigger centres.

Two lovely pools with plenty of lounge chairs. There was a very good on site spa and dive center. They could book snorkeling trips and transportation. The meals were very good. Room had ocean view. They are environmentally responsible and don’t use plastic! Refillable pitcher of chilled water in the fridge in your room. Personal water bottles can be filled at the bar.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food at very reasonable prices at the restaurant. Free morning breakfast was better than expected although the (free) coffee was just ok. Two excellent pools with the added bonus of an easy access snorkeling area adjacent to the hotel. Very attractive location and grounds. No mozzies in the room. Some good restaurants within walking distance. Quiet and very relaxing.

Electric room kettle had a cord that was way too short. Not easy to get a car to go for a meal or to a beach more than walking distance from the hotel. Guests leaving towels on pool chairs to "book"their use and the leaving the pool area for extended periods.

Amazing location right on the water. We enjoyed sitting on the sun loungers looking over the beach and swimming in the pool. You can hire snorkelling gear and we saw all sorts of tropical fish, coral and even a turtle straight out from the property. Room was super spacious and had a large balcony overlooking the water. Staff were helping in organising transport and our hike to Mount Agung. Would stay again!

The pools. Being right on the water. Our room with the nice big balcony and ocean view. The restaurant. We didn't have 1 bad meal. The grounds were beautiful and lush. It was nice being woken up in the morning to the sounds of the birds.

The wifi was a little weak, but thats ok. It is quite remote, but then again, that's what gave it the quiet and peacefulness that I was hoping for.

This hotel is fantastic. The garden is great, the rooms are comfortable, the whole pool area is excellent, and there are excellent restaurants nearby. The breakfast is good as well. If you want to relax and just enjoy the sunrise, staying in the pool, try some scuba diving, this is your place.

Our stay at this resort was enjoyable overall. The living room and bedroom were spacious and comfortable, with powerful AC in the bedroom also cooling the living area effectively. Although we encountered issues with the refrigerator and shower, they were promptly resolved within a day by the attentive staff. There are two pools, one of which is perfect for kids and most of the time it is absolutely empty. Snorkeling right from the shore was a highlight, offering a convenient and rewarding experience. Additionally, diving with Bali Reef Divers was private, comfortable, and professionally managed. While the resort's restaurant was satisfactory, we also explored some excellent dining options within walking distance.

The floor is slippery everywhere, you need to be careful if you enter the room after the pool.

We enjoyed the stay. The room was clean and we had a nice terrace. The reef outside the hotel was very good and we saw sea turtles, loads of nice corals and fish. The breakfast at the hotel was very fresh and nice. Some of the personnel did not know much English but we manage to communicate fairly well. The restaurant has also nice evening food. However they charge 20% for service. It therefore cost a bit more than other places at Bali. On the other hand the food is very fresh and they use nice ingredients. It is not as spicy as in other places we have eaten at in Bali, which is a pity as I like spicy food. Overall it is a nice and well maintained resort but a bit far and remote from other restaurants, beaches and people. The road outside the hotel is very busy which makes it a bit challenging to walk to Amed or Lipah beach. Neither is it possible to walk along the coast. If you like to eat at the same place every meal and stay at the hotel snorkling or go for dive trips this is the place for you but if you like to be there the party and people are this is probably too far away…

The personnel could be more service minded. They were nice but not very accommodating.
