A beautiful, elegant Riad in Tetouan's ancient Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Blanco Riad has a beautiful central courtyard, friendly and helpful staff (particularly Said and Asma). Said came to met us at our taxi and helped bring our bags to the Riad when we arrived (and reversed when we left), he also led us to a hammam in the Medina. Our room was gorgeous - with a beautiful tiled floor, decorative arches and a very comfortable bed. Two lovely nooks to sit in to read and relax. Beautiful communal interior spaces and outdoor garden with fountains. The Riad's restaurant is open from morning thru late in the evening. The food is delicious! (We had a late lunch and dinner at the Riad and breakfast). We loved our stay - it was such a beautiful base from which to explore the beautiful city of Tetouan.

Very nicely styled and clean Riad in the city center of the old town (Medina) of the city. We had a family suite for 4 persons which was huge and very nicely decorated. The Riad has a fantastic authentic style and is very well-maintained. The owners and the service staff are very friendly. A good breakfast with fresh juices is served in the courtyard and comes typically for Riads in Morocco, not as a buffet but pre-arranged.

We had a bad coincidence that our air condition was not working resulting in a sleepless hot night. However, we were offered in the middle of the night with another small room, plus the non-working air condition was fixed professionally on the next day and they were even generous to imburse us with some costs on top. If you come with the car, bear in mind that you cannot reach the Riad directly with the car but have to park few hundred meters away and walk the distance. The Riad is located in a quite narrow lane which is a bit hard to find.

The Riad is beautiful. Our room was huge and beautifully decorated. The Riad is also in a very good position inside the Medina, but not far from one of the main gates.

The welcome we received was a little chaotic, as a large and loud tour group was leaving just as we arrived.

Beautiful riad located inside the Tetouan medina. The rooms were lovely with luxe bathrooms and amenities. Loved the beautiful architecture and the warm comfy beds.

The "free breakfast" isnt really a buffet breakfast, you get breads and coffee for free. If you want eggs expect to pay. Check out is on the early side, at 11am. Figuring out the TV was a chore. The internet was spotty.

The staff was very nice, and helpful. It is an attractive old riad, with indoor/outdoor dining, and a pretty terrace. It has a nice shower.

The bed was hard, the pillows were lumpy. I didn't like dinner, not very tasty. My room looked at a wall, no view.

A real gem just inside the ancient Medina. The Riad was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nice cotton sheets and fluffy towels, excellent shower. The roof top terrace is a nice place to sit and cool down in the evening.

Such a beautiful place. Near a main area for restaurants and shopping. The people there helped us plan each day and really went above and beyond. The food was amazing there also. We couldn’t have asked for more.

the room not have 100% privacy as from the door can be see inside the room from outside very clear which make me to rate 1/4 for the comfortable also I do t know if it’s because of the hotel or the area/city it self even though the hotel in very lively area but the scammers will stop you in the market or any where and present them self as the hotel staff!! and they will say we know you stay in Blanco hotel! and they start offering tour guide or recommend some shops! I was don’t believe them and I just ignore them or refuse gently but still if the scammers know where you stay and follow you it’s really make me uncomfortable in the city! always feeling someone spy me!! but still there a lot of police in the area so can be feel quite safe!

The riad was lovely and conveniently located downtown. The staff were kind; the breakfast portions were generous and the food was delicious; and the laundry service was inexpensive and prompt.

We liked everything.

Very friendly staff, beautiful building, and great location. They were also small dog friendly Just a general comment. This is not a modern hotel with modern insulation. Noise travels in these old buildings. If that bothers you, you probably shouldn't stay in old town.

I didn't realize the Riad's history until after I left. Found it very interesting
