A beautiful, elegant Riad located in the old medina bit easy to access - and a staff member was sent to collect us from the nearest vehicle access point and assist us with pur luggage. Gorgeous rooms; very comfortable beds and settees; lovely linen and spacious bathrooms. Everything scrupulously clean. A fresh, plentiful breakfast was also provided on the terrace. We chose to eat in their excellent restaurant and the food was delicious. This is an excellent place, at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

It was perfect. There was nothing we did not like.

Lovingly restored riad. Daily cleaning, with 2 bottles of water left in our room every day. Nice big bathroom with separate shower. (This was a really nice change after staying in too many riads with showers that spewed water all over the bathroom floors!) Great views of the city and the mountains from the restaurant on the roof of the riad, where there are a few different tiers. We had a good dinner at the rooftop restaurant one night.

Could have used black-out curtains.

El Reducto is a fabulous hotel in the heart of Tetouan's ancient medina, within easy walking distance of all the interesting sights the city has to offer. We loved our room - the Marakesh suite, which was so comfortable with all the little extras, and an excellent shower. Beautifully and sumptuously furnished and decorated, the hotel boasts an excellent restaurant with 5 star dining, plus a roof terrace where you can sit under the moon and enjoy a drink.

We loved everything about the property! It was so gorgeous, all of the little details were perfect. It felt so traditional and also so safe. the place was very clean the whole time. It is local area and also very quiet and peaceful. The staff were the real highlight though, especially the owner! They couldn't do enough for you and we felt like we were staying at a home away from home. the location was very central, in the medina, within very short distance to all city attractions, but at the same time quiet and accessible.

This is a very well appointed Riad. Very central in the Medina. Our room (which was the only one left), was the smallest but very well decorated and very comfortable. Only drawback was the noise from the restaurant below.... during busy afternoon service its very noisy (less so in the evening). The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere for dinner in the evening. The starters, of which we had the Manchego and houmous were excellent. Huge portions which could easily do two people for sharing, incredible value. The main courses of lamb couscous and grilled lamb did not match the starters. Breakfast was okay but I would have expected better from a Riad with a restaurant. Overall it was so well appointed and comfortable it still rates highly and perhaps we were just unlucky with the main courses....

Very noisy from the restaurant below, rooms in the annex immediately outside the riad likely more peaceful. WiFi was dreadful which was down to a router problem.

From the start, where a staff member came to meet us on our motorbikes and guided us to our secure parking spot, we were treated with generosity and politeness. The riad is beautiful and the rooms individually decorated. The rooftop terrace is a great place for sundowners and to eat, looking over the city.

The place is well located, the room was comfortable and staff is very helpful.

The room service, though being most of the days completely good, has a couple of times been a bit less diligent than one could expect, like forgetting to refill the shampoo. Nothing critical, but still a visible detail.

We spent a couple of nights at El Reducto recently. The Riad is beautifully appointed and in a position just inside the medina. The Riad has a spectacular roof top terrace with unbelievable views across the medina and to the mountains. The meals were very good and staff lovely although the bar staff run off their feet in the evenings. A great breakfast was included. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our room was over the street .There was actually a window slightly above our room and less than a metre away with a local person constantly at the window meaning we had to keep the curtains closed when we were inside.

Very beautiful riad in a great location central to everything, a few steps away from the souks. Rooms very comfortable and friendly staff.

Dinner in the restaurant was disappointing. Was expecting much better based on other's reviews and the price.

Awesome location in the medina. Close to many attractions, markets, and restaurants.

The bottom bed frame cover was very dirty (Stains, hair..). I called the front desk to have it changed. Also, a lot of dust could be seen on the safe deposit's black surface. This was shown to the front desk. Considering the price, breakfast should be included.
