We stayed at this resort for 11 nights and loved it. The staff, especially Sali, are very warm and accommodating. The pools and beach are fantastic. The resort is well situated if you have a car, but you may never leave given how beautiful the beach and environment are. The rooms are cozy and comfortable and you’ll have everything you want. Thank you Sali and team for everything!

Location is exactly as described best beach area around. We had a swim up room pool access was lovely. Good position on the estate plenty of sunshine some of the villas look rather dark in the shade. Lovely breakfast restaurant egg chef could not do enough for everyone lovely man.

At the cost of the rooms I thought they could have supplied more water each day. The toaster broke while we were there and in the last 6 days it was a long process get your bread toasted. I am sure they could afford another one. Beach restaurant was a little basic.

Rooms were large, clean and comfortable with a nice small terrace. AC and ventilator work fine. The bathroom is also large and clean with good water pressure. Beds are very comfortable and fresh sheets everyday. The location is very nice, a couple of steps and you are in the ocean. The massage on the beach is absolutely perfect and quite cheap. Breakfast is nice with western and Thai food, coffee, fruits, salads, Joghurt and sweets. The city is small and in walking distance (15min), there are many shops, bars, restaurants and tailors there. Both pools are very nice and clean. Enough beach chairs under palm trees. I also enjoyed tasty cocktails on the beach (2 for 1 at happy hour).

At the "estate" rooms you have 3 neighbors (4 rooms in a house). So you share wifi with many people and it was very slow, even just for surfing. There is also a connecting door between the two rooms on the same floor, which aren't sound proof at all. In the night we could almost follow the neighbors conversations and also hear the baby crying at midnight as if you are in the same room. For the love of god, put some sound absorbing material between the connecting doors!

The staff throughout the resort were so helpful and kind. The breakfast options were great, the food at the restaurant was top notch, the pools were relaxing, the views and beach were fantastic, and the spa staff were great at giving good thai massage. We absolutely loved this gem of a resort!!!

The beachfront villa is one of the best in along the coastline. Yes, it is not the nost modern nor the well equipped but the area around it, the proximity to the beach, cafe and the level of service surpass its expectation of a 3 star. Hotel manager is extremely hardworking and possessed great customer service. We have issues with the locks and it was promptly serviced when we got back Needless to say, the beach that is directly infront of us is beautiful and not so crowded. Great view of the sunset. My wife n i laid down for 2 days straight, listening to the waves, staring down the beach and simply enjoying every minute.

Bland selection of breakfast. If ya gona stay there for more than 2 days, you will see the same selection again and again. Beach restaurant food prices is not cheap and quality is so-so (however, the ambience tops it up) Parking for large motorcycles (we rode our R1200GSA) is not easy due to the high slope and terrain plus slots r limited. Well, as per the same of other beach resorts, CHASE FOR THE BEACH CHAIRS!!! haha....

The breakfast buffet is excellent and the staff very very friendly. The rooms quite modern and clean. The location ist really good,very calm,lovely resort and nice beach. The manager,she is so kindly and she takes always time to talk with the guest.

Beautiful beachfront property, nestled amongst lush rainforest / jungle setting. well laid out and comfoetable. Nicely unpopulated, quiet area, but still only a 10 -15 min walk or short 100baht bike or open taxi ride to Khao Lak centre. Direct access to gorgeous, quiet beach, with easy and quick tsunami evacuation route to high ground. Staff were lovely.

Dinner service / meal quality a bit hit and miss. Beach Restaurant roofing poorly designed so no escaping big rain. This could be easily rectified with just one more sheet of roofing iron.

This place is amazing! Fantastic location right on the beach. Looking at some of the other resorts nearby I think we picked a goodie. Massage available beachside - so relaxing to listen to the waves while being pulled in all directions for a traditional Thai massage (non traditional massage also available). As with most resorts, food and drink is expensive but the Andalay Bar next door does tasty food and is very popular. In saying that, we did have dinner and cocktails in the beachfront restaurant at sunset on our first night and the Thai food (International also available) was lovely. We only stayed two nights on our way through from Khao Sok National Park to Krabi province but would happily return here for a longer stay. Very relaxing. The cold drink and cold flannel on arrival is a particularly nice touch when you arrive in the heat of the day. Breakfast here is awesome - they make a mean omelette!

I chose the hotel because it was close to Khaolak lam ru National Park. I didn't expect the hotel to be so nice. It was not too big. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. It was so quiet and peaceful there. Beautiful rooms and garden. Lovely raised swimming pool. Good breakfast and a lovely beachfront restaurant where we had most of our meals for a reasonable price. The staff were excellent. Sali at reception was so bubbly and caring. She went out of her way to make all the guests comfortable. She was even at the beach restaurant at night to help out. She made hot ginger tea for one of us eho was not feeling well.

The resort can be a bit of a problem for the elderly and physically handicapped because of the stairs leading to reception and the breakfast restaurant.
