The staff is fantastic, they were all very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Christina at the front desk especially! I had a saga with a canceled flight and she offered to help. It’s the gesture that I so appreciated. I also love the patio and the lounge area indoors on level 0. In general, the cleanliness and newest of the property and the chill vibe is great. Hope they will keep up with maintenance in the many years to come. The bed is extremely comfy, the air-conditioner worked well in the hot summer days, the bathroom is spacious, the windows are quite sound-proof, and the fact that there’s an elevator that hits most of the floors is a plus for any boutique hotels in this historic area.

It would be great to add one small arm chair inside the room. Scent in the public areas is a bit too strong for me, can be dialed back a bit since the hotel is actually super clean!

This was a clean guesthouse with nice design, great staff, and we were very happy they had a family room with 2 connecting bedrooms since we traveled with teens. The bathroom needed a little maintenance (very leaky faucet), and the furniture on the gorgeous roof deck is very worn out. The area is very quiet, which is nice, but not great if you want to be closer to the center for shopping, sightseeing, etc. Overall it was a great value for the one night we needed a place before flying out. The gentleman working the front desk was fantastic and went above and beyond to find us a dinner reservation.

I recently stayed at a wonderful accommodation in Portugal. The standout features for me were the extremely helpful staff, the warm and family-like atmosphere, and the impeccable cleanliness of the place. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

As for anything I didn't like, well, the TV menu was set to Portuguese when I first turned it on. But, fear not! I navigated my way through and triumphantly set it to English. Just a minor adventure during my stay!

We arrived and were immediately welcomed. Christina, Hernan and Fernando were such amazing hosts - friendly and attentive. We felt like home! The view from the rooftop terrace was beautiful. The room was stylish, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was absolutely amazing! They even prepared me a surprise with a piece of cake for my birthday...!

Our room felt slightly small, but it was still comfortable and had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have the door to the extra room open. Next time we will book a bigger one :)

The space is elegant and quirky and feels like someone has put some love into designing it. The staff are very helpful and with a 9-room hotel, you do get a very personal service. Nothing was a problem for them and I felt welcome at all times even after I had checked out. The breakfast is great, I normally don't bother with hotel breakfast as its usually awful. Theirs, however, was beautiful and well-priced. Wifi was very fast but didn't work very well in my room. When I let them know they brought people in to fix it.

I liked everything, If I had to pick something negative then only that the gym was a little bit poor. For such a small hotel the fact they even have one was a surprise but I think they would have been better off having something like Fittle.fit instead of the big ugly machines they had in there. Fittle would be more elegant and better for the actual workout, especially in a small space. That said I was very happy to have a decent static bike to jump on each day for a workout.

Quirky property, very comfy beds with black out curtains, street relatively quiet for a city centre. Well equipped, great view from rooftop. My birthday whilst there and staff arrived with fizz , cake and a handwritten card, lovely touch. Showers were very hot and toiletries lovely. Aircon worked well. There was a breakfast patio could sit out on.

Breakfast was not included and €15 which felt expensive though cannot comment on quality. We only like light breakfast so got toast at a cafe round the corner. Honesty bar for drinks but bottle of wine was more than we had paid when out, but your choice to take them up on it or not. The smell of lilies in the main reception was a little overpowering. However these are all minor things and did not detract from a great stay.

I love everything about the property! The rooms are so unique and well maintained. The layout was great and I loved the rooftop.

For me, the location wasn’t as walkable as I imagined. There wasn’t a lot I could walk to straight away, however, that didn’t impact my stay as I would just Uber to whichever neighborhood I wanted to explore that day for about €5.

Good size room however interior design is dark. Bathrooms do not have sufficient lighting and the mirror is bronze with antique finish. This is impossible for women to apply makeup and get ready. They should change drapery to white sheers and lighter colors. The very helpful and friendly staff make it a comfortable stay. You must always climb stairs so if you are not healthy, this is something to be mindful about.

Extremely well designed boutique hotel with a lot of love for details on one hand and on the other hand the best staff you can imagine at all- we were treated like close friends and it didn’t feel fake at all. Everything was perfect actually and I’d rather keep it a secret- but since you’re already reading this- I more than highly recommend this hotel which is all I can do to thank the people at the Felix.

There’s frankly not the slightest thing I could complain about.

The Felix 10 is both beautiful and comfortable. The staff is warm and welcoming. The location is close to everything, but in quiet area so you can sleep soundly at night, in fact we almost overslept. I am a details person and the details at The Felix exceeded my expectations. Something as small as motion sensor lights in the hallways, so your path is lit as you move about, without wasting electricity. I wanted to try to fit the bathroom in my suitcase so I could take it home with me (towel warmer ❤️). We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Lisboa.

This was definitely not a problem for us, but I would say The Felix is more of an adult/couple hotel than a family with kids one.
