The apartment design was lovely and had all the necessary equipment, the location in Lisbon is exceptional.

Because I was staying for only one night I was placed in the accessible apartment, which was right at the entrance, I was working in the morning but if I would like to rest there was a lot of noise in the corridors of the staff cleaning other apartments. The shower wasn't good either compared to the rest of the apartment, the water pressure wasn't so good.

There was an unpleasant odor in the apartment, but it wasn’t clear where it was coming from.

I stayed a total of 5 weeks and I really enjoyed the place. The cleaning crew were very professional, helpful (with the check- in as the kiosk froze up several times) and friendly. The location is perfect: very little noise, transportation stops by the front door (bus and streetcar/tram), a bank 50 meters away, a supermarket, bistros and pastry shops. And one can easily walk down the hilly streets and reach Cais do Sodré within 20 minutes.

There aren`t any shelves in the washroom to keep essentials . The shower contraption can be difficult to close.

It is well located, close to a supermarket, a couple of cafes and restaurants. There are,as well, bus and tram stops next to the building. It is a residential area and quiet . The cleaning staff /crew were quite professional and friendly. The apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer which is not mentioned in the description.

The fact there weren’t any shelves in the washroom.

We got a top floor (u hv to carry luggage for the last 8/10 steps after the elevator stops) - it had a small sit out from where you could see the bridge as well as the castle. Place was very quiet but had cafes within walking distance of 5/10 mins. Trams, parks, shops within walking distance. They had good cheap luggage storage - we used it for the day we checked out because our flight out was in the evening.

Kitchen supplies should have been refilled regularly - tea bags, coffee sachets, etc - during daily housekeeping. We could not get any detergent for clothes even after agreeing to pay their fee. A bit more table space beside the beds would have been helpful for keeping phone, wallet, chargers, etc.

I enjoyed overall everything, with the exception that there is no human contact with anyone. All is automated.

It is not obvious the locker at the entrance of the building where you can leave your bags accepts only 2 euros coins and if you put two coins of 1 euros, it does not give it back to you and nobody will assist you even if you call. So you pay 4 euros in the end to keep your bags. It is not about the money you pay but the principle that the answer you get is: You should of read better the small letters and know that it only works with 2 euros coin, we have no office there, nothing we can do, so find 2 euros coins and that's all.

Room is big. It has two sofa beds which was convenient for my family. The check-in instructions were clear and they provide luggage storage lockers. Everything is self-serviced. Location is ok. There're buses and trams just outside the apartment that take you to the centre of town.

The window in the living room can't be closed properly.

Very fresh and spacious, just what we were looking for and a great price at that.

I usually don’t like automated things as I have a tendency to disrupt any kind of program. But I was not ready to have my passport with me and the machine thing did not scan our ID card. Support was very helpful though.
