I honestly could not fault this accommodation. It was exceptional in every way. Lovely spacious apartment, with really high quality fittings (e.g. SMEG appliances), nice toiletries and the port and pasteis de nata on arrival were a lovely touch. The bed was huge and the linen was so luxurious. It's in a brilliant location - easily walkable to the city centre, but in a quiet, safe area, with lots of nice restaurants and bars within a minute's walk... We were sad to leave... Don't hesitate - book it!

Impeccable apartment, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean. Port and pastries offered at check in. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped with good applicances Large apartment including a dressing area next to the bathroom. Separate aircons for the two rooms. No noise at night. Excellent location directly facing the Parliament building. Walk from there to riverfront, or to downtown locations. Upscale neighborhood with many small, quality restaurants and trendy stores close by. Responsive and helpful host team. Small confusion over booking details at check in, but this was quickly and fully resolved by the host and his team, who really jumped on finding a full solution. Wonderful apartment, wouldn’t hesitate to select it again

Nothing really

We stayed in one of the apartments and it was beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped, with a great view of the Assembly building right across the street. It’s not a heavily trafficked tourist area and we liked that, but close enough to walk to areas like Bairro Alto and Chiado. There are great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Upon request, the apartment was cleaned daily, with coffee pods and bottled water replenished. There were pastels de nata and port waiting for us when we arrived, which was a very nice touch. Overall a great experience.

The WiFi signal in the apartment was weak and inconsistent. Also, a few days before arrival, I inquired about reserving an onsite parking spot. There were none available but staff recommended a nearby parking garage. When I asked if they knew the daily rate, the response was, “I have no idea.” I did not feel that this was a satisfactory response demonstrating good customer service. If recommending a parking facility nearby, staff should be able to tell guests the daily rate. Incidentally, it was 18€ per day.

Each room is very different. Of the three rooms we stayed in each was immaculately clean with very comfortable beds. The location was excellent with an amazing Italian restaurant right at the doorstep.

The only drawback of the property is there is no gathering space and we were a family of five. We would’ve enjoyed a place where we could gather to chat together rather than meeting in each other‘s rooms. As there were no shelves to unpack, we lived out of our suitcases, which was fine because we brought very little with us, but for others, it might be an inconvenience

I stayed in the São Bento II apartment which was incredibly spacious and beautifully presented. The views from the apartment are superb! The items of vintage furniture and quirky objects on display make it feel very homely. The eat in kitchen is huge and comes with everything you need. The daily bottled water delivery is an added bonus. The apartment is serviced daily so you return to a lovely clean apartment after a long day enjoying the city! The staff (family) are very charming and easily reachable if you need anything. I absolutely loved my stay here and will definitely be returning!

Nothing!

Before I went I was confused by previous postings. In order to clarify: there are rooms at street level but I am unable to comment as I had a first floor apartment. There are also second floor apartments. The young, pleasant staff are available in the office during office hours and there is a contact for out of hours problems. The building is on a busy road but, I emphasize, with double glazing there is no traffic noise. The area, although obviously less developed, felt safe, but I was usually not out very late. There was an adequate supermarket 5 mins walk away. The nearest metro is Rato about 15 mins walk away but there are buses just up the road. The entrance felt secure with good locks and adequate lighting. The air com was efficient and simple to operate. The apartment was light, clean, modern and stylish with efficient daily room service. The bathroom was modern with a shower that was simple to operate with a good flow and plenty of hot water. There was a well equipped kitchenette and dining table. The bed was very comfortable. There was adequate hanging space with a good number of hangers (a rare occurence in my experience). There was Netflix and other packages available. A welcoming tartlet and a port decanter was a nice touch.

The WIFI in my room was not working for more than half my stay. I was able to use it in the office but this was often only open in office hours when I wanted to be out sightseeing. It did impact on my enjoyment of the holiday. There was noise from the upstairs apartment, sometimes quite loud but luckily was usually short lived. Probably would have been better if floors were carpeted but I understand this is not the style.

It was beautiful. The decor was amazing. You could see it was a beautiful historic building with all the period features. I cannot praise the staff enough for their attention to detail. Apart from the decor it was so so clean and well stocked, they gave advice on our holiday. And we could what’s app Leonor any time with any questions we had. The cleaning staff were brilliant. The appartment was serviced daily .. It was in a great location also Water and towels were replaced if needed. Leonor gave us recommendations for food. They were all spot on. On the day of check out Filipe greeted us and allowed us to leave our bags with her as we had a late flight. When we returned to get our bags she offered us water and toilet facilities. Most kind. Totally recommend this appartment.

Well located, very clean, well provided for in our ground floor twin bed room with a patio area and outside seating. Although near a road we could not hear the traffic from our room which was a bonus. They were very accommodating and allowed us in to our room to drop bags off well before the check in time which was most helpful.

One very small point, tea and coffee making facilities are provided in a small shared kitchen. However an upgrade of a kettle in rooms so you can make a cup of tea or coffee when you wake up without leaving your room before you are showered and dressed, would be wonderful.

Parking is included for an additional charge in a parking garage. We also enjoyed the cold bottles of water that are provided free of charge. Room was beautiful and spacious and the property was located away from too many crowds.

The property was great, and I think, despite being one of the more expensive stays from our trip in Portugal, was good value for a Lisbon property. I think more of a clear rundown on how the garage door works, and how the check-out and getting the deposit back (from the garage door fob) would be the only thing I think could be improved.

Fantastic location opposite Portugal's parliament. Quite something to be able to watch the changing of the guards from the sofa in the living room! Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Plenty of storage in another room. Kitchen was well appointed and it was nice that tea, coffee and water were supplied. The double glazing cut out most of the traffic noise.

Just two things. Would have liked a shelf/shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. There is one in the shower, but only a stool for other items. Hard to turn off shower - maybe taps need some attention?
