The apartment was excellent. The living area features a fully stocked kitchen including a full size fridge, and a laundry machine, as well as a 4-top table and a sofa/ daybed, which was perfect for our 10 year old. The bedroom has a hilarious circular bed, the bathroom is extremely spacious and comfortable, great water pressure in the shower. We LOVED the patio - delightfully private and shaded, it's great for morning coffee, midday hangout, evening drinks as well as dinner. We specifically picked this apartment for the soaking tub, which has operable doors that opens it out onto the patio or keeps it closed in inclement/ cold weather, and I LOVE this feature. Great AC, great location, great communication - this is a gem.

Noise travels in old buildings, and at some point someone was locked out from their apartment down the hall and kept knocking on their door at 2am. Unfortunately that noise carried up to us. The kitchen is not stocked with basics like salt/ pepper/ oil etc but that seems to have become fairly standard post COVID; conveniently there's a shop immediately down the block and a grocery store a few blocks away, and we were able to stock up. Other than that, we have nothing to complain about - clean, spacious, comfortable, and as described!

Central location, between the station (bus+train) and city center. Small local market and restaurants/cafes in the neighborhood. Good bakery just underneath the building, making breakfast easy. Very clean. Easy self-check in. Comfortable parking at 200m, also equipped for large cars.

Watch out for the ZTL zones (only local traffic permitted). Due to road works, it was impossible to travel by car to the parking without getting stuck in the forbidden streets. We communicated this immediately to our host, who then proposed to arrange a 24h city street access to avoid fines. So, the host helped us solve for it (thank you!), but be prepared to carefully look where to drive and where not to avoid fines.

Beautiful apartment, well equipped, great location. Easy and helpful communication with the host. We loved our stay! Especially the bakery next door and the restaurants across the street created a nice atmosphere. Our kids spent a lot of time just looking out the windows :-) Parking at nearby APCOA was easy and very close.

This is just good to know: The building is not very soundproof and the restaurants create a lot of noise. We didn't mind at all, but I think it is good to know for travellers who are light sleepers. This said, the windows are very soundproof for Italian standards.

Very convenient and well located apartment with all you need for a pleasant stay. Everything is clean and you can also leave your luggage in a proper place. Definitely recommended! Tip: there’s a very nice pastry shop next to it but don’t ask for the special menu as it will be more expensive than buying a coffee and a cake separately

No reception and no human contact. Some may prefer it but it may feel a bit strange at first. All instructions are accurate and well timely shared though!

A 'tick all boxes' stay. The apartment is in a great location, quiet but near to everything with a bakery and coffee shop literally at the front door and our favourite Bologna restaurant a few doors away! Apartment was perfect size for two and actually presented nicer in real life than on the web which is a rarity. The bed was very comfortable, kitchen well fitted out and apartment included everything you need as well as basic supplies, including coffee pods (yay!) and toiletries. Large tvs in bed and living room, iron, ironing board...I wish all holiday accommodation was as well thought out. Another plus was the ability to secure store luggage on site prior to check in.

Infuriating check in process requiring passport details (and photo of self with passport) plus form filling in to be uploaded to a third party provider. Very convenient for accommodation providers no doubt but not for the customer.

Easy communication for check in. Perfect location between train station and center of city. Located above a delicious cafe which made breakfast very easy every morning. Air conditioning worked very well. Washer/dryer extremely convenient and functional. Overall a great place to stay in Bologna.

The front entrance door of building was a bit tricky to figure out how to open/close/lock. The luggage storage area is a bit small, but also appreciated that they even have one available.

We've appreciated the convenient location of the apartment. The flat is overall really nice, beds are extra comfy and the kitchen is more than sufficiently equipped. All in all we've had everything we needed.

I can point out only smaller flaws such as a bit swinging water faucet, odd smell of cupboard and towels - however that differs for everybody. Personally, I'd have appreciated an air freshener and fabric softener with a nice smell. The main incovenience was a chilly temperature in the apartment due to the municipal energy regulation.

It was a very pleasant stay in terms of location, cleanliness, facilities and amenities in the room. We checked into our room easily with all the instructions sent to us. It was a very relaxing and quiet stay after a long flight.

Just as we were checking out, the electricity went out and we could not find a way to manually open the entrance door of the building. A short time later, when other visitors came down, we were able to get out of the building with their help. In case of emergency or lack of electricity, a directive to open the door manually can be explained to the visitors.

Clean apartment in great location with restaurants and bakery next door. Comfortable bed, large fridge and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Large bathroom with large shower and plenty of hot water. Kettle started leaking but it was replaced straightaway.

No real negatives, although sofa was not so comfortable. Also would have been good if washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets were supplied.

Great location centrally located in downtown Bologna. Wonderful bakery just below on the street. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment. Fabulous balcony.

Not a fan of the round bed. The sheets always came loose at night and we ended up sleeping just on the mattress. Remaking the bed in the morning was difficult. It was also too low to the ground for this old lady to easily get out of.
