The balcony was EVERYTHING! We enjoyed meals, drinks and the view on the balcony overlooking beautiful Lisbon. Note- seating for 2 Loved the welcome gifts of food. Service and communication a+++ Called for help with heat and they came over in minutes. Loved housekeeping and fresh towels!

There wasn’t much not to like! Only thing, the tv was far from the seating area if more than 1 person is watching on the couch, BUT the 2 antique chaises made up as beds compensated for that many times over. The noise has been mentioned in several comments but know it’s only heard in the master bedroom.

Although it was self check-in the staff was very friendly and quick to answer the whole stay. when we got there everything was very well thought of including the crib for our child, a teddy bear and plastic plates for him. The apartment was big beautiful and in excellent location. In addition they offered a free cleaning service at the middle of our stay which was great. We used the kitchen a lot since we were a family and cooked and everything was really easy and good to use. We recommend 100%!

There was nothing really wrong with this apartment.. maybe they could have put a little more sugar but that's it...

Spacious, comfortable and homely apartment with amazing view. Travelled as single mum with two young adults and felt very safe. Exceptional communication with the staff who were thoughtful and helpful at the same time. Luagguage storage a €10 car journey into town. Beautiful building and safe storage. Short walk away from the boats, or main attractions. Great restaurants, coffee shops and bars all around. Would reside with that company again.

if I had to find a flaw, pillows were rather hard, but that is personal preference. Beds are otherwise fabulous, Large, mattress medium.to hard.

It is very well renovated. Magnificent location with everything within walking distance. Two good restaurants in the same building and a perfect breakfast place two doors down. Windows open to a beautiful sight seeing platform so enough privacy. Nice and quiet with windows closed. Nice city buzz with windows open. Hosts were extremely good - helped to stock the fridge so we had what we needed upon arrival. Two separate bedrooms on other ends of the apartment so enough privacy. Good shower. Nice balance found in renovation with old floors renovated and the rest modern and nice. I liked the big windows.

I have to say, the property was amazing. The flat was bigger than expected and very well equipped. The location could not be beat, and we had seriously the best views. It was close to everything. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Will definitely return!

As mentioned, it definitely gets loud, pretty much every night. They provided ear plugs though and it was fine. There were a few very minor things like a few lightbulbs being out, but the positives FAR outweigh anything else. We loved it.

This is the perfect location and such a wonderful apartment high above the street with wonderful views to Lisbon, above the well known viewpoint everybody comes to visit but you wake up there! Amazing! The apartment is clean and nicely designed, a big loft where they added a second floor with 4 more beds, downstairs there's a 2 person bedroom. It's perfect for a family or friends that want to stay together. One shower for all, but 2 wc which is great. It also has a well equipped kitchen, washing machine, everything. Close to the touristic center, shops, bars and restaurants. There is some street noise but the windows are very sound proof so it was ok and very interesting. You can have a nice cheap simple local breakfast in the small cafe just by the entrance to the building and feel the local, less touristic, atmosphere or go a few minutes to dozens of other places to eat.

The apartment is in a perfect area, close to everything you need (transportation, restaurants, bars). The area is noisy but dont worry about it, the insulation is really good if you close all the windows you will not hear any outside noise. The rooms are clean and very stylish. The host responds quickly and they were really helpful all the time. Overall very pleasant experience, if i come back to Lisbon I would stay at this place again.

Very spacious, light filled, well equipped, charming, clean. Very nice decor. Excellent communication with hosts: responsive, friendly, helpful. Amazing view from the little balcony at the front of the apartment. Lots of interesting restaurants, bars just a short stroll from the property Neighborhood is lively at night but feels quite safe. Close to the Restauradores metro stop and the Rossio train station so it’s easy to get around Delivered more than we expected given the reasonable price point

Bed is a bit too firm for my tastes - a mattress topper would help a lot Not for light sleepers: this place is in a lively neighborhood which is a popular location for night life, and you can hear sounds from the street in the apartment. We weren’t bothered by this - we liked being so close to interesting places. Located at the top of a steep hill: be prepared for a thigh-burning climb that helps you work off the pastel de nata (or take the funicular)

The apartments were truly amazing – the interior design, the windows, and the view from them were just mesmerizing! It was such a pleasure to stay in these rooms. These apartments have everything you need for either leisure or business trips, even for extended stays. A special thank you to the manager who genuinely cared! It was incredibly touching to find a table set with snacks and beautiful dishes waiting for us – it really felt like we were being taken care of. Our kids didn't want to leave; they wanted to stay and live there.

location - though may not be much fun in the summer with more late night drinking as a lot of bars around property and also people drinking in the area of the viewpoint in front. good exercise walking up the hill. kitchen - good selection of crockery and utensils. what will be useful are more tools to cook with - spatulas, ladle, but I imagine people will eat out most of the time anyway.

the noise as above. lumpy pillows. tricky shower taps - not a mixer tap so getting the balance right was time consuming, tricky and wasted a fair bit of water each time.
