Dear Grove Team, I recently had the pleasure of staying at your resort and wanted to share my thoughts on my experience with you. Firstly, I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your resort. The level of service provided by your staff was good, the amenities were fine except the flushing within bathrooms and some cleaning needs to be done to the private swimming pool the overall experience was truly ok. However, I do have some feedback regarding the pricing of your resort. While I do believe that the quality of service and amenities sometimes justifies a premium price, I do think that your current pricing is too high compared to other options in the area. Don't tell me it is vacation season because around your location, we could have for much less.I believe that revising your pricing strategy to be more competitive could help attract more guests and increase overall occupancy rates regardless season's. I understand that pricing is a sensitive topic, and there may be various factors that influence your current pricing strategy. However, I believe that revising your pricing could help improve your overall guest experience and boost your business in the long run. Once again, thank you for the stay at Grove. the resort itself is amazing, loved the swing on the beach, amazing housekeeping staff -Kunal , miraj, masjid, Usman who were always smiling and worked hard, and thank you to staff at cafe del mar -Hilal , Amanhulal , the ladies at the kids club thank you , the amazing staff who were taking kids for rides in the golf cars. The swimming pool is amazing, resort is super clean , the villa where we stayed was spacious, all rooms had ensuite bathroom/ shower. It would be nice to have bigger cups to drink tea/coffee, and more hooks to hang clothes when having shower.

Checking in and checking out was slightly long as if you have come from a long flight is tiring or if you have a flight to catch is difficult But overall it was all good

Spacious, classy, with swimming pool and private beach, excellent for family with kids, wifi ok, very clean, resort gave us 1 hour more for check-out and the kids enjoyed it more.

few damaged lights, lack of trash bins, the beach inside needs cleaning as it was lined with algae, suggest as well to add outside shower so we can swim in beach then go to the swimming pool,

Great facilities for kids. Good selection and quality of food. Spacious apartment, cleaned every day with parking outside or in basement below. Reasonable WiFi connection.

Dry hotel but lenient attitude to drinking your own around the pool. Food service was slow. Bahrain beaches not the best for sand castles! Large kitchen but no cooking pans or utensils.

Variety of choices and location.

Cannot extend check out more than 1 hour (check out time is at 12:00) while check in time is at 4:00. Toilets need to function well. In addition, the cleaning in the restaurant need to be quick Otherwise the villa was nice and and the stay is great.

The place is very neat and well serviced. Everything is just clean and tidy. There are great activities for kids, nice outdoor areas to sit and relax, especially by the beach. It is safe inside and kids can ride around in their bicycles. The pools and sea areas are guarded for safety. The staff is really nice and welcoming, from front desk, to restaurant staff, and housekeeping. All pleasant to deal with, they are great with kids and my daughters had a great time.

It was a bit pricy to add breakfast to my stay. We are 2 adults and 2 children, but whenever we come in for breakfast they read our option ad breakfast for 4 adults!! Maybe I was charged for that, not sure. Also the breakfast menu options were limited. On the first 3 days of our stay there was no buffet, probably because there weren’t many people, the served us generous portions at our table, but few options as mentioned.

It was really nice experience with the staff. Nilamani mohanty. Very helpful person. Aftab khan you must be proud of this guy.

Exceptional behavior of Mr Vilas who made sure we get everything we need in time.

Many activities to do. the kids enjoyed the stay.

I requested a blanket twice in the evening and never received it. My maid had nothing to cover during the night and was unable to sleep. I informed the reception in the morning about the issue and nothing was done. Did not receive an apology or an indemnity. room 1304 on 30-31 july

Every thing😍 I stayed at (ashbiliah) villa, it was spacious , comfortable and relaxing because it was right next to the beach.

Little insects in the bathroom and the prices are so high, otherwise I would’ve extended my stay a little bit further

The action from Mr. Aftab the hospitality manager for solving my complaints, he did all possible ways to make us satisfied, he is doing a great job, visited our room personally, ensured the complaints are solved and not repeated again, followed up daily for our satisfaction personally, i never saw such caring about our comfort during our stay in any other place, this man make sure i will rebook in this hotel again.
