Nice hotel. Friendly and efficient reception. Good spacious room with dining table, sit corner and separate bedroom. The placement of the TVs were odd. Clean. Big balconies. Yes more than one balcony with a far view on the city centre. The hotel is not in the city centre. Walking to the centre of Aachen is 30-40 minutes. The hotel is in a quiet residential area with plenty of free parking spaces nearby. The resto has a limited menu for vegetarians and pescetarians. One fish option and they boiled the fish which made the dorado tasteless .The waiter service was polite and pleasant. The hotel also offers free use of the swimming pool and saunas. That was nice. Be careful with the hammam (Romisches bad). It is too hot and my skin got burned, esp.in my face. But overall it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed our weekend in Aachen :)

It was clean, people were friendly. Rooms were very big. Breakfast was good. It is near to the tierpark, which is worth visiting.

It could have been cleaner. We found dust on the wall heater in the bathroom where we were supposed to hang our clothes. Breakfast didn’t have much options. We found it a bit deceiving when it came the Spa. There was no steam room. There are some other facilities shown in the pictures but missing in reality. One needs to inform at around 3 pm if they want to use the spa. Then only they will turn it on for you. This is not mentioned in the booking.

The rooms and the hotel overall had been very clean; the staff was friendly and also speaking english. Access to all areas has been easy also . The location is reachable by car with no issues, and is not crowded at all.

I woke up early before breakfast hours. I needed a coffee so I went downstairs to look for a machine . There is none but the receptionist offered to make one for me which I appreciated . This was a black coffee like the one I had limitless access to in the breakfast about an hour later (in the room price) During checkout I realized I was charged for the coffee ; I suggest to the hotel management to change this practice. The cost was insignificant but as a policy it reflects poorly.

Very spacious room, with mini kitchen (they offer utensils (pot, plates, etc.) for stays longer than 6 months), living room with a dining table, bedroom and a large bathroom. The hotel has a very good structure, with sauna and a swimming pool (additional feee to use), where my family (me, my wife and my daughter) were able to enjoy the nights we stayed. The coffee surprised me because it has a lot of options and is very tasty. Eggs are made to order (omelette, fried, scrambled, etc.) with several options to add. The hotel is far from the main points and I already knew when I booked, there is a bus stop a few minutes walk away and also covered parking for an additional fee. There is a restaurant for dinner but I ended up not choosing it.

I don't think it's anything to worry about, just a few points for improvement: I could replace the plastic shower curtain with a glass shower stall and the elevator, which is slow, but nothing that would impact the stay.

Very quiet location, without traffic noise in the rooms, no morning sun getting in to the room, all hotel areas were very clean, hotel employees were professionals and very polite. easy access to public transportation.

breakfast quality was good but over priced, €22 per person... and car parking at the basement of the hotel although is very convenient and safe, its expensive, €15 per day. for the room price i would expect at least to offer free water in the room

The room was very comfortable and it was nice to have chairs to use. The restaurant was perfect for an evening meal when it was too cold and damp to walk into the city. Breakfast was plentiful and with a good range. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Parking in the adjacent streets was limited near the hotel having arrived late in the evening. There was also a one-way system which made pick-up from the hotel after overnight parking more difficult.

The reception staff were most pleasant and helpful. The cleanliness was superb in the reception/bar area and our room alike. Overall a great place to rest one’s head. The beds were very comfortable too!

We were shocked at the price of breakfast, €22. Very expensive in our opinion. A little disappointed that we didn’t enjoy breakfast at the hotel each morning. We had a kitchenette in our room. Could have benefited from a kettle, two cups, two spoons and two plates. There was also a microwave in the room too! Why provide a kitchen if one cannot make use of it!

We booked the quad room for family of 4 and we were very lucky to be upgraded to the suite. This suite is one of the biggest hotel room we have ever stayed! It has a huge bathroom (with toilet), a separate toilet, small kitchen, water cooker, 2 TV's (living room and master bedroom) and refrigerator. The master bedroom has a gigantic wall-to-wall closet that was extremely luxurious. We had 2 beds, a queen size and a full size sofa bed. They were very comfortable. We travelled with our own car. We could park on the street next to the hotel for free so we didn't have to pay addition fee for the hotel parking. We used the spa area (with additional cost), which has a Finnish sauna, steam room, and infrared seats. We enjoyed it. Overall we were very happy with the stay.

We were surprised that we had to pay additional fees for the pool (€2,50 pp) and spa (€12 pp including pool). This is not stated in the description of the hotel in the Booking.com site. I think it should. We were also limited to only 1 hour with reservation, which is disappointing. The pool is smaller than we expected, which is why the hotel has to limit the number of people using the pool. The water temperature is also too low so the water was quite cold.

Restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them.

One of the receptionists was very curt and not particularly approachable or engaging, we felt we had inconvenienced her when we asked a few questions. On our arrival, the two female staff were lovely, but the following morning female was not quite so good.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Although the facilities are not exactly new, everything is super clean and very well maintained. Our apartment was much bigger than we had imagined, it was warm and quiet. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfast was incredible, full of healthy options. We enjoyed the pool and the spa (paid separately) and had a lovely vacation there. Our 5 year old could stay in our room for free (slept on the couch) and also had free breakfast. Honestly? We would definitely return for a stay here if ever we decide to visit Aachen again.
