Hotel is very well placed in the centre of the city, close to multiple subway lines and plenty of restaurants and attractions. Rooms are clean and have good AC . Staff where great from house keeping to front desk and bar staff.

No issues with our stay only things to note are there is no fridge in the room and the bathroom door does not have a lock.

Very comfortable bed, friendly staff. Rooftop bar and ground floor coffee shop were nice spaces.

Minor quibble… Bathroom could have done with some shelving. “Designed by a man,” was my wife’s comment.

EXCELLENT HOTEL! This might be the best hotel I have ever stayed at, and definitely the best in NYC. The rooms are great, the coffee shop and bar downstairs is GORGEOUS! There are so many plants around it really takes you out of the city and helps relax you! The staff are incredibly kind, every staff person I walked past said hello and smiled. Especially Lucas at the front desk was very kind and helped me with a slight room problem (it wasn't even a big problem), but he immediately was understanding and gave me a very unexpected upgrade that made my trip spectacular. The location is great, I walked all around the city, enjoyed the hotels complimentary wine from 5-6pm, and the rooftop view (see attached photo)! The rooms are also very nice and clean - I loved the decor and design of them. I will 100% be staying here again and already recommended it to my family! It's hard to come by a great hotel in the city, but I loved this one!

The walls are extremely thin (I could hear the room next door open their blinds). If you have noisy neighbors, it could be a real issue.

Location was perfect! Modern design was also nice. Loved the free coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the morning. Very friendly staff.

i really liked the atmosphere of the whole building it was very comfortable, especially at night! the roof top deck had a great view and they play really relaxing music at night :) would definatly recommend this hotel very relaxing energy.

the rooms are very small lol we took a shower the first night and left the door to the bathroom open and the stem of the shower set off the fire alarm. I guess this happens a lot tho because the fire alarm for the whole building went off the next night. It’s okay though not the worst thing in the world it happens. Just keep the door to the bathroom shut while showering lmao.

Our stay at MADE Hotel in New York for my daughter’s birthday was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful, featuring a private terrace, and it was kept impeccably clean throughout our stay. One of the standout gestures was the incredibly generous late checkout—at 10 PM—which made our final day in the city so much more relaxing. A huge thank you to Damian, Lucas, and the rest of the team (whose names I sadly can’t recall) for their exceptional hospitality. They were attentive to every detail and made sure all our needs were met. To top it off, upon arrival, the staff left a heartfelt birthday note for my daughter, along with a giant, delicious chocolate chip cookie and a muffin, which added such a special touch to our celebration. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring the city. While the immediate neighborhood may not be the liveliest, the subway is conveniently just steps away, making it easy to access all the best spots in New York within minutes. Thank you to the entire MADE team for making this trip truly memorable. We can’t wait to return!

The location is central but the immediate area might not be the most exciting

We had a really nice stay and I would definitely recommend the hotel to others. The location is great, the rooftop bar is lovely, and not too bright allowing you to relax after a long day in the city. There are multiple seating areas indoor and outdoor. The room had a great view and was big for Manhattan. We came to New York to celebrate my partner's birthday and there was a bottle of prosecco and note waiting for us in the room which was a really nice touch. Thank you!

Very minor point: the lifts can be a bit noisy which you can hear early in the morning.

-Location was perfect, easy walking distance to Ktown and other areas with plenty of food options. -Room was clean and the amenities provided were good, though would have been nice to have a minifridge. The shower soaps are great as well. - Cafe and bar downstairs were good for a quick drink. - One thing to note is that the bathroom does have glass openings which can be seen through from the main bedroom area

- The shower itself was good but could have been more closed off, as water tended to spill out onto the bathroom floor. - I'm not sure if my bathroom had a fan / working fan, if you take hot showers make sure you close that door well or it'll all go out to the room.
