I didn't like that they weren't transparent about the cost of stay. They advertise a room for 120 dollars, but they don't tell you that you have 120 dollars extra for cleaning until you check out on booking. Thus, I spent 260 dollars. For that price, I could have gotten myself a 4 star in tribeca.

The location is great, close to the Empire State Building. The studio is nice, functional and we felt good. The view on the Herald square is nice. When you arrive there is a free storage of the luggage.

The mattress of one of our beds was old. We didn't sleep well. The 2 others was very correct. The studio was too hot (collective heating) as well, we opened one of the windows all the time.

it was what I expected. The location and value were good for NYC

there was a huge communication barrier at check in and not enough towels for the party - we had to wait until the next day to get more. the temperature was difficult to control with the type of heating provided

I highly recommend this place. Perfect location. Clean. All the necessary facilities such as WiFi, TV, microwave, stove, etc. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, two subway stations and Times Square. Super friendly and helpful staff. Thank you so much Fernando and Julia. Ill definitely come to stay here again for my next visit to New York!

Excellent location, comfortable apartment and beds. The lady at check in was super nice and respectful.

The guy at the check out was in a rush, intolerant and had bad manners

Great place, very central location, the apartment was fine, clean, well equipped.

The toilet clogged 2 times, which was not nice. Also we missed a few more essentials in the kitchen like mugs, or salt.

I got my $100 cleaning fee back

-I was told I had to bring my luggage down to reception five before they would go up and check on the cleanliness of the room. -The woman in reception five was not very pleasant and did not want me to accompany her back to my room to see how she did the inspection that would determine whether my $100 deposit would be refunded or not. I had to beg her, then she finally agreed to let me go with her. -Reception was very busy, we had to wait in line, there was a long queue, and it really delayed the checkout plus verification that my $100 security deposit would be refunded -The back elevator my room 534 smelled like urine

Location was prime and the apartment was perfect for what we needed as a family trip. We needed the kitchenette, and also had a lot of privacy on our floor. There were no disruptions and check in and out was very easy. I would recommend this place to anyone who is traveling on a budget and wants to save some money on meals & transportation since it is equipped with cooking and dining supplies and is very close to a subway station that has access to several train lines.

The unit was very basic, but that was not a bad thing. The only comment I would make is that they may need to upgrade some of the bedframes and TVs, as they are a little worn out and outdated.

Decent sized apartment for 4 adults. Central location. Shops all around. 3 mins walk to Macy's, Empire State etc Comfy beds, clean linen. Air con, big opening windows WiFi was excellent...fast connection Perfect for sleeping and exploring. TVs worked fine but didn't have chance to watch..too busy Building was clean, felt safe, lifts worked fine

Toilet was cramped, tight to wall, poor drainage in shower. Bit tired looking, needed a bit up a spruce up.

The smell in the hallway to our room ( fifth floor). It was really bad the entire time we stayed there. We were not able to get someone.to pick up our phone call to retrieve our luggage after 5 pm. A fan for room 1009 could have been great.
