Great location, super clean, spacious, great facilities and very comfortable. The apartments are very close to great restaurants and the gelato store across the property was amazing. The staff were really accommodating, helpful and friendly, they stayed later for a late check-in (1:30am) due to delayed flights. The late check in cost €30 but I understand that that’s paying someone’s overtime. It’s should be noted that this is serviced apartments, not a hotel. It should be noted that the communication between the staff and myself in regards to our delayed flights was great and I had confidence that the late check in was possible and we wouldn’t be stranded.

- HVAC system. We could not control the temperature of the 2 zones. The front desk staff had to do it and the system was difficult for them to maintain the 22C temp we requested. - More options for breakfast for longer stays (add hard boiled eggs as an option as an example)

We had a wonderful six night stay at Legends House. The location is fantastic, close to Sao Bento Station and walking distance to most attractions. It is also close to lots of restaurants, shops, and two supermarkets and the large local market. The rooms were great, spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable too, including the sofa bed. All of the staff were exceptionally helpful. We appreciated them coming up to the room to show us how everything worked on our arrival. A particular mention of Raquel who fielded daily questions from us. The housekeeping lady was also lovely.

The lighting was quite low. Perhaps a higher wattage and extra light in the bathroom.

Great location in central Porto and an easy walk to most of the popular attractions. The staff were very helpful advising us on good places to eat and arranging a taxi for our return to the airport. The breakfast was very good and plenty of it.

The coffee machine; couldn't work out how to use it. Please provide instructions. Breakfast times were a little late if you were booked onto an all day tour some of which start at 8 a,m. Our all day tour started at 8:30 and we fortunately were able to arrange for a 7:45 breakfast delivery, though earlier would have been better.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and very quiet. The breakfast was excellent. The location was ideal for us, close to the station and the market.

Legends House is right on the edge of the city centre and so everything is easy to reach with a 5-10 minutes walk. Staff are very helpful and give you a map showing recommended attractions, the nearest supermarkets, etc. The apartment was amazing, very spacious with a separate bedroom area from the living and kitchen area. The walk in shower was a welcome surprise and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Even though the apartment was over a main street there was no noise when windows were shut. Everything is modern and very comfortable to come back to after a day exploring Porto.

There really are no negatives. The only minor comments I would make are that the air conditioning seems difficult to control predictabilty and if you were staying for a while, the space for toothbrush, soaps, etc, in the bathroom is quite small. These really are small inconveniences though. I would highly recommend Legends House.

Olá from Oz 👋. We didn't want to leave Porto. Our stay at the Legends House was also a key reason. Glad that we decided to stay an extra night instead of our original plan. Our experience with the Legends House by Sweet Porto was exceptional. From the communication pre arrival, guidance on getting there, check-in with Inês and her engagement during the stay, and with Eva also during the evening shift. Compliments on the apartment that we stayed at. Felt luxurious. Layout was super comfortable for my family of four. The shower was the best we experienced at that time of our travel itinerary. I'd only add a couple of hooks on the bathroom wall for towels to air-dry (for a family). Amenities felt like home. Super clean. Location 🙌🏼. The breakfast👏. Brilliant idea to have it in the apartment delivered in a basket. The kids were so happy they didn't have to get up and get dressed early!. Thank you Inês and team for the service and your Porto recommendations (we ate our way around Porto😂). The whole stay at the Legends House felt like our home away from home. It was also the most relaxed time in our entire trip. We will be back! Obrigada🌠

Legends House is in an excellent location being central to both the upper part of the city and the Ribeira area. It is also very close to Sao Bento railway station. We received a warm welcome at check in and were shown to our room by a very courteous staff member who even provided information about how to work the oven and the airconditioning. She also gave helpful directions to the nearest supermarket and laundry (which are a few minutes walk away).

The only thing that we missed was a proper toaster (we only had a toasted sandwich maker).

The place is very roomy with all modern equipment and decorations. Our room has glass patio doors at the full length of the side facing street. Lots of sunshine in the room. Sound insulation is very good and street noise can not be heard as soon as the patio doors are closed. Bed is very comfortable and has a sofa that we can sit on and relax. It also has a small kitchen and dining table at which we enjoyed a welcoming complimentary Port wine. Staff stands out among all the places we stayed in this trip. Raquel was super nice and very patient with our questions. She also provided detailed recommendations to make our city tour easier to enjoy. We felt very welcomed staying with Sweet Porto.
