Location is amazing, as a base to explore all of Benidorm. Reception staff very helpful and polite and welcoming. They even gave me a box of chocolates for my birthday, they weren't even told it was my birthday so must have noticed from my passport at check-in.

Noise at night seemingly from staff moving about possibly cleaning, but this didn't spoil our stay in anyway.

Hotel is well managed and staff doing exceptional job. WiFi is good. Air conditioning is good. Beds are fine. Location is very central. Food is adequate.

Did not bother me much personally, but soundproofing is very weak. You can hear next door talking. Second socket beside the bed would be nice to have.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town. Staff polite and helpful. The breakfast was OK but you had to be up early enough or not much left. Limited choice of options.

Didn't like the fact that loud music was played at about 9am in the morning, think it was to get people up so that they could clean the room. The maid came round too early knocking on the door to clean.

Location great next to everything in old town and beaches supermarket bars all one minute away. Spotlessly clean and very nice friendly staff

Nothing it was all good. We are an older couple from uk but liked the mostly Spanish food. All good

I loved the location of this hotel it was perfect!! The staff where exceptional and very friendly nothing was ever to much for them and went out of their way to make you feel very welcome.

The hotel is 2 stars, but it feels like at least a 4 star hotel! The stay was amazing and the hotel is situated in an excellent location. The food was great and everything was very clean! Thank you for the stay!

The room was overlooking the terrace, quiet. A huge bed with sheets, not quilt 👍. Walk in powerful shower, room for toiletries. A quiet communal lounge where you could order drinks from reception (in season there is a bar).

The holder of the shower head wasn't stiff enough and despite getting an engineer to look at it, it remained hanging down horizontally, so it was spraying the taps rather than me. I tried with various degrees of success to lodge it at an angle, but then it tended to spray the floor, which I had to wipe dry as it was wood veneer. The floor in the bathroom should be a different material as it evidently had got wet before and in places had buckled.
