The staff was great, the room is clean and warm, also exceptional interior. Bathroom also is everything you expect and much more. You really have everything you need, you have little desk if you are traveling for work and enough space to work on your laptop and take notes on the side. It is amazing for couples and also for ppl traveling alone for leisure or work. The furniture is soooo comfortable and of great quality. We found our favorite place to stay from now on, it is so worth the price, which is really hard to find these days. You will not regret booking a room here, your stay will be amazing, guaranteed!

We stayed only one night but it was behind acceptations! We had big room with sofa bed it was big separated for our 9years old was great ! Two tv s many Chanel’s , WiFi great ! In city center many restaurants , shops extr. Bathroom is big shower all modern self checked in ! Receptionist was wonderful in the morning very helpful! Parking little tight to enter but happy to have one! We communicated with the staff true the Whats App very helpful! Coming back for sure since we travel to Belgrade often ! Fridge has mini bar with drinks and soft drinks and snacks,teas and caffe in the room !

Location is exceptional. The room was clean. Not too much space, but for a one night stay it was perfect. Since we arrived around 17h we received all information about entering the hotel via messages and they were spot on. We also took the parking they offer. The place for parking is across the road and the entrance is little narrow. The door for the parking might be closed, so you'll need to call them to open them when you want to get in or out. We'll definitely return here.

The location of the facility is perfect. The size of the room is sufficient, Storage areas and a safe are a plus.

This facility is definitely not a hotel, it's just a place with six rooms that form part of one floor of an apartment with a morning cleaner. In this respect, I think the information on the site is misleading. Moreover, the construction noise coming from the upper floor between 18-20 for three days is not to mention. If you are looking for a central and affordable place, this is the place for you. Don't expect anything else. It is impossible to understand how this place got 9.5 points in 2018 and 2019.

There are 2 properties…. The one we needed was obscured with barriers due to pavement refurbishment….the taxi driver took us to the other one - which didn’t have a 5th floor or a # key. After an hour of confusion and panic, a local shop worker came to the rescue and helped locate the correct hotel - phew! The hairdryer in room 1 needs replacing/fixing We didn’t get to meet the staff as it’s self check-in : (

Staff are always so nice. :) I always come back here, it’s really a great location. All staff cleaning and the lady I contact on the phone are lovely!

We didn’t have hot water and had to rush out so no time to wait for boiler to warm up. Asked to check out later but also wasn’t possible at this time.

It's really comfortable in the middle of city.. Location is really good and AC is cold considering it was 39 degrees summer outside.

The cleaning staff is kind but I believe there is a language barrier that made her sounds rude. But in reality, she has good intention.

The place was clean and modern and the location was superb. The staff were superb. Friendly and helpful.

Little bits of ware and tare. Bathroom door didn't close properly, some beading fell off the corner of a wall. Nothing major, but noticeable. The parking entrance....omg it was tight, not for the feint hearted
