A nice and spacious apartment with a good location near the city center. A baby cot and a high chair were provided, everything was very clean, the personnel were really friendly and helpful. It was a perfect place for our family to stay!

just a few small details: the lights in the living room are not very bright, the kitchenware is a bit old and it would have been great to have some salt, sugar and pepper provided

The room was very very clean. We love the host, very helpful and friendly. We were having short stay in Belgrade. We like the location since it was near to the famous Moskva Hotel (the landmark of Belgrade), famous Kneza Mihaila, and Republic Square. It is also quite near to airport shuttle bus A1, approx. 800- 900 meters. We also find minimarket and various halal food near by.

We’ve been traveling so many places in the world and I may say the wifi connection is really bad. The signal was very low even though we stay in the first floor. I do my job using the wifi but hard for me to send an email. I think the access point limited only for 1 device. It was only connected with my laptop but not for my mobile phone. Also, almost € 150 per night for 2BR was a little bit pricey for us

The location allowed us to get to most of the places by walking. A supermarket is also nearby. The apartment provided everything you would need and is VERY spacious. I was staying here with my husband and my father and eventually the apartment was a much better price for us with a lot more space compared to a regular hotel with 2 rooms. The parking is right next door (gated and with security cams). The reception staff was very friendly. Towels and slippers were provided.

I liked everything. I was expecting it to be big, and it really was. We had everything, from towels provided to slippers, coffee, tea, water, etc. It had an elevator, and the staff were very kind and really helpful with everything that we asked (more towels, calling a taxi..). All in all, if you are thinking to stay in Belgrade, choose this.

This is the third time that we chose to stay here, but I think we will not return. The location is amazing! Staff is very nice and welcoming.

The apartments are not well kept and as time goes by, they are getting more and more destroyed. The sofa and the armchair were badly stained, the floor was so dirty and I think that it was never cleaned, as our socks were literally black. There was hair in the bathroom and the kitchen was just disgusting. Utensils in the kitchen are old and certainly need to be replaced. For a price of 123 euros a night (and this is with the Genius discount), this was definetly not worth it.

This property was lovely, huge and really spacious. The apartment was really well equipped and very clean. Two very large bedrooms leading onto a balcony, one bathroom and a separate toilet which was handy. The location of this property was also great, walking distance to the fortress and the old town and a short walk to tram stops. Also easy to get to the airport using the shuttle bus which is just a short walk away.

No issues during our stay

the property was an easy walk from the main city centre and close to the St Sava Church and Belgrade on the water. The gym access, and large amounts of space in the room made it feel like home.

We stayed in the attic apartment and the ceilings were on an angle so a couple of bumps to the head and the fridge made some loud noises

Apartment was nice and spacious, just like in the description. Location is excellent and staff is extremely nice and helpful. There is parking on the site, which is rare in center of Belgrade

Some furniture was slightly damaged. Apartment is generally in good condition, but could use some care. No shelves in the bathrooms to leave toiletries, makeup, etc. Lavatory very small

The apartment was in a great location very close to the center, with balconies, very convenient for family stay.

There was no regular cleaning, only on request and the quality of cleaning could be better. It would be more convenient to have some cleaning appliances at the appartmenrs for daily touch ups if necessary.

Hello all. Appartments are good, clean and are situated in the center. They have their own parking. Parking is very small and it is pretty difficult to park by big car. But it is much better to me evacuated by another service 😀. Parking costs 10€. But the staff can suggest to cancel the booking, pay cash and free parking. Up to u, what I can say. The bed is very comfortable. it is very valuable for me. Good speed of internet.

As for me, the red price of them 50€ ( it’s like u had apartment renovations 10-15 years ago and u don’t want to refresh it , just buy some new furniture to refresh first view )plus free parking, because I was here not in the season. I paid 72€ . Also they didn’t put any water .
