excellent location, professional and kind staff, very comfortable beds. I especially liked the windows (bay window style), which provided beautiful view and a lot of natural light. The room was facing the park and a busy street, which can be loud, but the windows were sound proof, but could also be opened if needed.

bathroom could have had a better ventilation and better choice of toiletries.

Very convenient location on the edge of Dorcol and Vracar, nice renovated building with well-equipped rooms and good heating, very good variable breakfast, super-helpful and friendly staff, early check-in and free upgrade

Perhaps bathrooms needs some refurbishment, and also may be some problems with audibility from neighbour rooms

Professionalism... from the first moment... they saw me in front of the hotel... immediately reacted... came to open a door and help me with a suitcase... Very kind welcome words 🙏🏻...Miloš offered a better room with a better view... He is great... Always ready to help and he knows one step in advance the needs of hotel guests ...Everyone ...on the desk...waiter... other stuff... very friendly and at the same time unobtrusive... It's a historic (though renovated) hotel in the center of Belgrade. So, excellent location, some 10-15 mins walk to main restaurant street of Kneza Mikhaila. Comfortable rooms, super-helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast and overall good food service if you don't want to go outside the hotel.

Bath equipment may require some refusbishment, but still acceptable

Location was great, also it was very warm inside, while a heavy snow outside. Very comfoirtable.

Elevator is pretty small, so sometime I needed to wait for it for a long time. Just 2-person-size elevator for 7 stairs.... Bigger one will not fit into such old building, I suppose

The apartment room was great, comfortable and well-appointed room. The staff was very helpful and friendly, exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and valued. The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to excellence create a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Breakfast options might be a little bit more various

I want to thank Hotel for a warm stay and kindness) They make my first visit to Belgrade as magical as they promised in confirmation letter)))) My room was upgraded, birthday cake was waiting for me in the room, bathroom was fully equipped with everything needed, girls u don't have to take all ur big and heavy bottles of body lotions and shampoos)))) Starbucks on the corner was very helpful, perfect christmas decorations in and out of hotel were also great! Thanks again

The place was spotless and very well located. Rooms are spacious and there’s everything one might need. Breakfast had a good offer for different tastes.

Everything went well, the reason why I didn’t rate 10/10 is because I felt some “atmosphere” was missing.

Milos is the greatest hotel receptionist - knows all the best places in the city. Excellent advice for bars, restaurants, etc. Breakfast was wonderful (if you like savoury breakfasts!) Great location.

The single lift was total rubbish - at 7, selected 0, stopped at 1, back up to 7, finally down to zero. On the ground floor, selected (4,5,7), it did 0, 3, 2, 0, 4, 5, 7. Crazy. Curtains don't keep the 5am daylight out!
