I like the fact that there was a room for hotel guests to use in a common area to eat and/or rest/chill out. There is also a microwave in that room for us to heat up leftovers or food we got from the grocery store.

I didn't like the fact there's no indication on their website about not offering airport shuttle transport for the evening hours. Airport shuttle is only available on the early morning, morning, and afternoon hours. Our flight was close to 11:00pm, so we couldn't get a shuttle at 7:30 or 8:00 pm. We ended up taking a taxi.

Staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English. The shuttle bus got us to the airport in a one 5 minutes which was very helpful. They have a free bus that starts around 4am so even early flights can be caught.

Close to the airport, very helpful, friendly and polite staff, handy to have a restaurant co-located, value for money.

Shuttle buses to airport only ran after 6pm and until 10am. Would have been helpful to have a bus once an hour during the day, since arrivals and departures happen at all times.

Second time to stay here, really convenient location and perfect for anyone wanting to use Haneda Airport. There is a free shuttle bus that runs to the airport every 20 minutes which makes life very easy if you have an early flight. Staff are friendly and speak English, will definitely be using again in the future.

Only a minor dislike that maybe won't apply to the vast majority of guests who stay here - I am a very light sleeper and had to unplug the fridge during the night because the compressor noise was enough to stop me sleeping. After that I fell asleep really quick (bed is large and comfy) and had a great sleep. Room has zero external sound leaking into the room so no other issues for a light sleeper like me!

The hotel is very comfortable and nice. The rest room's massage chairs were very helpful because as a foreigner we don't really walk a lot in our country. Thus, having the massage chairs have helped us to relax our muscles so that we could continue to enjoy in Japan. The free shuttle to airport is supper convenient for early or late flight to the airport . Thank you.

The hotel's surrounding area is a bit out-skirt. It's quite dark and eerie and not many eatery places. I got lost because I couldn't understand the location describe during booking of this hotel . It is also difficult to understand by foreigner how to get the right monorail from Haneda airport by monorail . Also there are 2 types of KY trains ( express & non-express) where foreigner need to be notified and the right station to alight. Therefore , I highly recommend hotel to make clear all the abovesaid for improvement. Thank you.

Great value hotel for the price paid. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Free shuttle bus to the airport was a great bonus. The room was very spacious with great facilities. Laundry was free and only needed to spend 100yen on detergent which was available in the laundry room. Can’t fault the hotel at all. Would highly recommend. Ideal hotel for early flight from the airport as airport shuttle ran from 4am.

Nothing to really dislike about the hotel. Was a little noisy at times but like that earplugs were provided if needed from the amenity shelf. Noise was only due to people going to and from the airport.

Of the three different hotels that I've used for early departures from Haneda, Mystays was the best value for money. Hotel prices do vary quite a bit, depending on the day, so it's worth the effort to check and compare. That said, room size was more than adequate, lots of selection for breakfast, and the on-site restaurant was just convenient for a no-fuss departure next morning.

This is more a word of caution, and not a 'dislike'. Their shuttle to the airport, at least when I left, was a van-sized vehicle and not a full sized bus that a couple of other hotels have used. So, carry capacity is small, and one large Asian family almost filled it. Check your connection times, and be at departure point early when you want the shuttle (waiting line is in lobby at hotel exit, visible from restaurant).

The hotel staff were polite and very helpful. we want to commend on the good service provided by one of the reception staff, Ito san, when we asked him for help to communicate to airport police to find our lost item at the airport. It wasn't quite straight forward but he went all out to help. In the end we managed to retrieve our lost item so really grateful for his help. We were there only for 1 night so didn't have time to use the facilities. But overall, the hotel and the room were clean and the best of all, it is walking distance to Anamori Inari train station. There is also free hotel shuttle to Tokyo Haneda airport if you are going to check out from early morning. However, when coming to the hotel from the airport, the shuttle bus only starts in the evening. Quite a lot of eating places nearby also. Breakfast wasn't a lot of variety but I just like the simple Japanese breakfast which is good enough to get the day going.

I book this hotel one night due to my flight arrived late afternoon and my connecting flight was next day and the Hotel is close to the Haneda airport. The room was clean and good size for the Japanese standards. When we arrived was raining. The shuttle from the hotel only run in the late evening and morning till noon. I didn't know this and found out when we arrived. We were able to take the train and was not difficult. Used the shuttle in the morning to go to the airport and the service provided by the shuttle personal was awesome and I wanted to give them tips but I was advised is could be offensive for culture reasons. great service. they handle the luggage and everything very professional and were careful.

Breakfast One lady( medium short hair) was really lough for everything like put away dishes, or checking foods. Making huge noises. Looks like she have a bad day ? Or bad mood? Sounds like she will break the dishes…No smiling or greeting for guest when people came into the cafeteria. Also, the cafeteria stuff seems no food’s handling skills and knowledge. They were wearing gloves, but touching everything with the gloves and no change new gloves when they need touch foods or plates that foods are already on it. A lady swiped floor and after that, she never changed her gloves and touched for drinks and food containers lids with same gloves. Breakfast stuff needs training for foods handling and hospitality industry.
