The INNSIDE is fantastically located ... just 3 short blocks outside the Old Town, so an easy walk (including during the Pilar festival) but not overwhelming crowds or noise. Room size very comfortable. Staff members at the desk seemed delighted to be there, doing what they are are doing, at this place, and making guests feel very welcomed.

If there is any flaw, it is simply that the shower design is such that water does flow out of the shower onto the floor a bit More than made up for by the strong flow of HOT water. This is a tiny nit in an otherwise delightful room.

Parking next to the hotel, meaning under the hotel was perfect, also like minimalistic style of hotel rooms. everything you need always clean and ready to use. Non alcoholic drinks on the house in hotel room fridge delicious, including of two bottles of local beer, nice to have sometimes.

I was missing little bit more opportunities to select proper breakfast content. All served food was delicious at all, but diversity. More fresh vegetables would be welcome, not just fruits or steamed or grilled peppers with onion and corn. My room was situated to the street, unfortunately tightness of windows was not so good to filtrate all street traffic, better one should be welcome.

It was a fantastic night. Warm welcome, perfect treat from the reception and the restaurant. Beautiful, clean, ultra comfortable, and innovative distribution and decoration. Incredibly good breakfast. Worthy sound isolation.

It was just very hard to get there by car because there’s an underground parking garage under reconstruction. We couldn’t feel any noise, which was great, but parkings around are expensive, 20-24€ after 4 hours inside, and few options for stays between 4-48 hours. Not fault of the hotel at all but good to know!

The location of this hotel was great. The hotel suit was very modern, very clean. The free mini bar which was topped up all day was an extra lovely bonus. Fantastic pool area with huge day beds, they also have poolside service. A nice, modern, but a pretty standard restaurant area. Have to say I was expecting something more special... but it was nice all the same. Breakfast was pretty standard, again nothing special about it... i'd compare it to budget hotel breakfast. However, they did have the best sugar doughnuts i've ever tasted. Which made up for a bog standard breakfast. House cleaning was brilliant. Went over and above every day. I would stay here again.

Again there was nothing that I didn't particularly not like about it. The restaurant and food quality could and should have been a lot better. But breakfast is breakfast... and I made sure to eat out every night. Staff were ok. Some really friendly, some were very complacent. For what you are spending on the hotel... I would expect better customer service. I get that uniforms are sometimes in the past, and they are trying to be a modern hotel. However, the way some of the staff were dressed, made it feel more on the budget end of industry. They certainly don't charge a budget rate for their rooms... not for the suits anyway.

Lovely modern hotel with exceptionally helpful staff who were very accommodating for our little family. The food is really tasty from the two restaurants (rooftop and ground-floor), although the menu is the same in both. The pool is wonderful and really needed in the Zaragoza summer heat. Black-out curtains worked really well in the heat of summer not to wake up when the sun comes up early. Convenient parking downstairs under the hotel. Great quality (a real bed) baby bed for our room.

We only realised too late, but there seems to be sensors in the room which, if they think you are not there, turn some of the power off. We had a small baby and we had a kettle which kept his water boiled and then at temperature for his formula, but this switched off all the time when we were not in the room, so it was quite annoying. Also, strangely at night the toilet made noises which also woke him up. Other than that, the room was super comfy. Would be great if we could borrow a high chair for the room, this is the only thing missing.

The location is not quite in the Old Town but it is walkably close. The room was really nice - no street noise, great bed, excellent air conditioning (it was uncomfortably hot outside), a lavish and delicious breakfast buffet at extra cost, nice bathroom with separate toilet and very good shower. There was hotel parking but the price was the same as public underground parking, and public parking was much easier to use. Taxis are cheap and plentiful for getting around town.

As with many Spanish restaurants, the hotel restaurant is closed on Mondays, not very convenient for travelers. Fortunately for us, nearby restaurants in the Old Town were open because the Festival of Pilar was going on.

The hotel appears to be new and exceptionally clean. Our room was large, comfy, and pleasantly warm; the bed was fantastic! The breakfast was also fantastic, and they offer a superb red wine at the bar. It left one of the best impressions of Zaragoza on me—I had a really relaxing time there. And, by the way, their swag looks pretty cool too!

The rooftop restaurant was closed, even though there was no prior mention that it might be.

The hotel has a wonderful cozy style and the staff is very welcoming. It is the perfect starting point to explore the city since the historical city center is in walking distance. The rooftop pool saved us when there were 42 degrees in the city. The room was very spacious and full of nice details like a Bluetooth speaker, a yoga mat, free minibar and some sweets. The hotel doesn’t have an own parking, but there are 2 underground parkings just in front of the hotel.

Everything was really perfect, I’d just recommend a sweater at breakfast since the air condition was a bit too cold for my personal taste.

We had a great stay. Check-in with a smile and immediate recommendations, up with the elevator to find a spacious, modern room with nice facilities. The cold water pool on the roof fantastic, especially given heatwave that hit Zaragoza during our stay.. Easy access and secure parking in the big parking across the street. Location is perfect, minutes from the historical centre but just outside which makes access easy and the nights more quiet. Amazing breakfast with great value for money, definitely no need to go on the street for this.

The repetitive lounge music at the pool. No place to hang the towels in the bathroom. Tiny details, everything else was truly perfect!

I have to admit that I'm a total pushover for Melia Hotels. I have stayed in them all over Spain and they never fail to to be less than perfect. My wife has been known to ask why we can't live in one for ever! Here we are in the vibrant, party city of Zaragoza with all that that offers in cultural, religious, historic or hedonistic diversions. The welcome by two receptionists gave us the low-down on rooms, cleaning etc., and we were into very comfortable, imeccably clean, modern rooms with very trendy bathing/shower areas. Everything worked, of course, the beds were comfortable, water hot, plenty of storage. Just great. We ate and drank in the old town just adjacent but enjoyed a terrific 'international' style breakfastin the hotel. The hotel sits over a car park with which it has concession parking saving 20%.

Once again I have tried hard to find something I did not like with a Melia Hotel. Once again, I failed!!
